Iarcadia — Hotel in Odesa Urban Hromada

Exceptional and excellent! The staff were absolutely very friendly, very helpful and distinguished, professional people. I didn't live any problem during my stay. They staff professional and friendly helped to me for everything.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and beautifully designed. Wifi and TV works perfectly.

The hotel is very near to everywhere. I saw many nice places within walking distance. Transportation is very easy. The lines are already in front of and near the hotel. Very simple to go to the city center.

Do not need to look for another hotel. This hotel, not like as boutique hotel. I think of for this hotel as like big five-star hotel.

I think of for this excellent hotel is very reasonable priced.

This hotel is not a beach hotel. It has no free beach cabanas as per the description because it is 2.5 km from the beach. There is no breakfast as per the description. This is just a cheap rundown motel in a bad part of Odessa.||I booked with hotels.com for a 4 week stay. The rate should have been $1823 for the entire stay. But, this motel charged me $2054 because they claim they use their own currency exchange rate. "the hotel exchange rate" was 1 USD = 24 UAH. Instead of the actual exchange rate 1 USD = 21.30 UAH. Extremely bad hotel with rude owners. Last year had holiday in iArcadia, but the breakfast which was 'included' in the price when we book in real didn't exist. Moreover when we asked by reception where's our breakfast we've got totally rude answer.But this year behaviour of owners is completely awful! We book hotel 3 months before the trip but when we arrive they say "no room for you" but also the money from the creditcard was gone.
