Mahiya Karpat — Hotel in Polianytsia Rural Hromada

Clean and cosy rooms. Some of the rooms has nice view on mountains and slopes. At least rooms number 'V1', 'V5 and 'V9'. Maybe few more rooms. But other has very limited view on mountains or no view at all.||+ Very kind and helpful staff. They made our vacation really good.||+ Slope #7 is just 350 meters away, however 150 meters you need to climb up steep stairs. So it takes up to 10 minutes to get to the slope by foot.||+ Restaurant is really good, tasty food and traditional music on Sundays.||+ There is a shuttle bus provided by this hotel which can take you to any elevator. It's free of charge 9-10am and 4-5pm. Other time it costs 50UAH.||+ There is a storage for ski and heaters for ski boots. So in the morning you just keep on warm and dry boots, it's so comfortable. Beware, administration doesn't keep responsibility for your belongings.||+ There is a kids room.||+ There is a sauna inside the hotel. It's up to 8 people. You can order meals and drink right from the restaurant. Sauna is located close to the street, so you can jump into the snow, what I really recommend you to do, incredible feeling.||||- Location is specified incorrectly. True coordinates are: 48°21'42.4"N 24°25'01.0"E 48.361779, 24.416938 ||- There are no ski rent and shop in very close proximity. It will take you 10 minutes to walk to the center of the Bukovel and 15 minutes back, because way to the hotel is up the hill. However there is a shuttle bus from the hotel.||- No fridge and pot in the room.||- There is no pool in the sauna and no waterfall bucket, just shower. To cool down you can take cold shower or jump into the...

It was a bad stay, but I will start from positive things:||||1) restaurant staff was nice and pleasant + breakfast food was good||2) they except Amex cards. Nothing more.||||About our room...you can see everything in pictures + our room was not cleaned every day!!! The heater in the room was so dirty that it was unpleasant even to look at it.||||The receptionists were not even pleasant. Moreover one of them recommended us the skiing rent (Sea Ski, I think), who were late and rude to us. Totally spoiled morning with that rent!||||Nobody cares about corona safety measures, receptionists do not even pretend to wear masks...Their Spa at Karpatskyi hotel was also dirty till the point of discusting. ||||We will never ever stay in that...

Отель находится в небольшой отдаленности от центра курорта что является очень большим преимуществом! Из окон номера открывается замечательный вид на заснеженные деревья, горы и трассы. Очень чистый воздух. В отеле есть трансфер для постояльцев, без особого труда можно подъехать к трассе.

В случае, если самостоятельно захочется добраться к трассе то можно просто подняться по лестнице ведущей к Редисону и сразу же оказаться на 7й трассе. Трасса ночная, что дает возможность возвращаться к отелю таким же способом. Весь путь от отеля к трассе не займет у Вас больше 10-15 минут (с учетом личного опыта, ходили в бордовских ботах и с досками) В отеле есть специальная комната для хранения досок (лыж) и сушки ботинок.

В номере очень уютно и тепло. Можно самостоятельно регулировать температуру в ванной комнате и спальне. Номер очень просторный, есть большой шкаф. Есть балкон, с которого открывается отличный вид. В номере установлен отдельный бойлер. Хороший сигнал WiFi. Регулярно проводится обслуживание номеров. В отеле есть ресторан с возможностью заказать доставку в номер.

Ресторан отеля заслуживает отдельного внимания. Цены - средние. Ассортимент блюд и закусок очень большой. Все очень вкусно, порции большие. Персонал всегда приветлив. Атмосфера в заведении просто сказочная! По праздникам - живая музыка. Даже если Вы придете, просто выпить чаю, без угощений и "согревающих подарков" не останетесь.

Завтраки очень сытные. Есть возможность самостоятельно выбрать меню для завтрака. Блюда относительно разнообразные. Отдыхали вместе с женой. Жена - вегетарианец. Проблем с завтраками и в целом с меню ресторана для нее не было.

В целом отдыхом в данном отеле очень довольны! Обязательно еще приедем и будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым. Спасибо...
