Again and again this resort never disappointed me with great customer service and vip treatment to me and my wife . Starting with booking where Mr Rohit helped me and offered best assistance compassion took in consideration my wife pregnant and gave us best location and best support . During our stay i mentioned its my wife birthday the next few hours he sent us a gift basket to the room he made our day with small and big gestures . We will always be grateful to this place for creating best memories and experience. Now during our stay we used various of facilities and the biggest credit goes to the pool bar team Specially Mr Kewan . We visited before and he did great job and from the moment he saw us coming he immediately recognized us now tell me where would you find staff that does this . He walked with us to the restaurant made sure we are well taken care of asked chef to make the meat extra well done without asking knowing my wife is pregnant . Engaging in conversation with us making us feel warm and at home and exceeded our expectations. Our drinks ice cold compress because of the sun and much much more .. His professionalism and passion is 5 stars and we enjoyed every minute talking to him and engaging with him . Joking and advising us how to plan our journey getting our orders with maximum perfection . My recent visit to the Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa was nothing short of remarkable, largely thanks to the exceptional staff and peaceful environment. Right from the moment we arrived, the Front Office Manager, Mr.Ahmed, set the tone for our stay with his warm welcome and professionalism that was second to none.

The reception team, including Mousa, Marzuk, and Rohit, went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and our needs were met promptly – always with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued and taken care of.

Not to be overlooked, the bell desk staff, Sajan and Sandeep (who also handled the buggy service), were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall excellent service experience.

A delightful encounter with Mila, who shared a lovely personal connection with us regarding our daughter’s name Milah, further personalized our stay, making it feel even more special.

The housekeeping team, particularly Karna and Silba, maintained our room impeccably, contributing significantly to the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodation. Delighted to meet Anil and Renjith also, Rotana is blessed have these people around the corner.
