I’ve stayed in this place in two different occasions,

the first experience which was at 17/May, 9:16 A.M was totally perfect an Arabic girl welcomed me and showed me my options and the suits sizes and guided me to best option i could have I really enjoyed my time there and the food was as expected and I’ve stayed until the next and checked out (which is an obvious thing when you book for a night it means u can stay until the next day).

While the second visit which was at 18/July/2021, 9:38 A.M was totally disaster it looked like i went to a different hotel! An Arabic guy in the reception his name was (Ge*e) welcomed me and told me about the suite and i paid the same amount as i paid for my first visit and i was expecting to stay for a one night (the same as my first visit cause i paid the same amount) until he shoked me and told me that i can stay until 6 PM only and if i stayd more than that they will charge me extra and the food i specifically told them i want pepperoni pizza and they brought to me mortadella pizza like what the hell ?? An 8 years old boy can tell the difference between mortadella and pepperoni, after that i asked for a bath robe -i really don’t understand how a suite doesn’t have bath robe in it- anyway they brought to me a kids bathrobe ! Im 174CM and the robe was totally upper my knee and when I called them again asking for larger robe they told me this the only size we have until I told them in my first visit i had larger robes so they informed me ( oh I think we have larger one ) ??

I paid 620 AED for 8 hours time of staying and in my first visist with 600 AED i was able to stay for a full night until the next day, I really feel i was maniuplated and mislead by ( Ge*e ) I can’t trust this manipulative place again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

When I checked out I wrote a complain in the lobby at 4:50 A.M i hope it reach someone responsible and contact me cause what happened was totally not acceptable.

Its the only hotel during all my travels and time breaks where i paid a full night price and I couldn’t stay the night in the...

Though on the older side, this hotel was a very nice place to stay for my purposes (business). The location is awesome - relatively central and right next to a big shopping mall with a large amount of taxis right in front of it. The service at the hotel was fantastic. I remember being greeted immediately at the entrance, helped with my bag, etc. During my visit, our team needed to eat breakfast a bit early and little this like that. The staff were always very ready to support us. The facilities are quite nice, especially the roof top pool area and cafe. Since I visited in the cool weather season, our team had our work meetings in this area in the evening. Nara, the primary site restaurant, offers a pretty good buffet for dinner, as well as a la carte and room service.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a bit 'wonky.' The auto function did not work (it would turn itself off despite the temp in the room and my set temp being way different). So, I had to leave the AC on constantly and adjust the fan strength manually. To be fair, I chose not to report this to the front desk as it wasn't a big deal to me. The bathroom did smell a bit funny (not bad, but a little mildewy). Sound-proofing between rooms is the only actual issue I had. I had a room with a connecting door, and you could hear every little thing. Even the TV in the adjoining room. You could hear halfway traffic very easily as well. The hotel really should consider three big upgrades: international electric outlets, way better sound proofing and decent coffee machines (Nespresso compatible...powdered coffee is yucky).

The room are all right, the staff are not that professional and there are many rules which not allowed, I came from another city and my car had an issue just half an hr before reaching Al ain that’s good I reach the hotel I checked in with a guy names Mahmoud he is the only one was good, after checked in I went to fix my car it took me almost 4 hrs to get done mean while my wife with infant and two kids can not leave the room and she order from talabat which they are not allowed to let them in I called the hotel and still they did not allowed the talabat to get in, after I reached the hotel I order again but one Pakistani guy came with food on his had looks like he is from another restaurant but not talabat and the reception lady Pakistani as well gave him a key and he went inside after three mins he went out and gave the key back, I asked the reception lady is he staying she replayed no, I asked why you let him in with food and not let talabat to get in, she replayed he alrbab (boss)is staying here Another smart thing on this hotel You can not tune on the The thermostat on room and it very bright The breakfast bad and the he food are cold already at 9 am also To sum up If you gave free stay on your hotel I will not even consider it btw I booked a classic suite Regards

The buffet at Ayla Grand never fails to surprise and satisfy us as a family — whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The variety is impressive, with delicious dishes ranging from Arabic to Asian to Indian cuisine, all prepared to a high standard. Special thanks to the talented Chefs who make this possible. The pricing is also excellent, and the availability of the Fazaa discount makes it even better value. No other hotel we’ve visited has made us this eager to come back just to enjoy its buffet! I would like to commend the staff at Ayla Grand Hotel, especially Lifeguard Madhu and Bagya from Sky5 CafĂ©. Madhu went above and beyond to assist me and my family — even though I didn’t use the pool, he made sure I had a good umbrella for shade, kindly taking one with a tear for himself. He also provided an ice box for my water bottle and ensured we stayed cool by giving us some AC when we sat nearby. Bagya at Sky5 CafĂ© offered warm and welcoming hospitality that made our visit even more enjoyable. I would, however, like to suggest that the hotel replace or repair the umbrellas in the pool area, as most were torn and there was almost no proper shade available.
