Mall of Al Ain — Local services in Central District

Big liers and they have no idea of customer service. Today me and my husband bought many items in our visit to Al Ain (we live in Abu Dhabi), and the mall is making a promotion of for each 100 you buy you get a voucher with different prizes. We got 6 or 7 vouchers, one of them said we have 200 aed gift in Parma Moda shop. We asked the customer service employee and she said we will receive products from the shop valued in 200 aed only presenting this voucher. We went to the shop which is in the other side of the mall planing to use our gift but when we showed the voucher to the employees they refused its a gift, and said is a discount, only of we buy something valued 1000 aed they will make discount and we will pay 800 aed. We explained the employee that thats not what the voucher and the customer service employee said, but he showed no interest in what we explained, when we asked for the manager we just ignored us. Then we went out of the shop completly disappointed to call security and claim our rights. Security manager came to assist us, but he doesn't know what to do (he doesn't even know how to deal with customers, as we was talking and explaining to him and he kept interrupting us and no listening properly); finally he guide us to customer service manager, who made us fill a paper with the complaint and offer her appologise with no solution at all, as the shops in the mall was closing already by this time and we had to cone back to Abu Dhabi with the deception of a very bad service in Al Ain mall. One of the best things about Al Ain Mall is the entertainment. The cinema is top-notch, perfect for catching the latest movies in comfort. The ice rink and seasonal events, like the Jungle Book Animals Show that my son Izhan loved, make it an ideal place for a family day out.
