Belfast Waterworks Townhouse — Hotel in Belfast

FANTASTICALLY CLEAN AND GLORIOUSLY HANDY! So pleased with my stay, the room is spacious and clean, no faults at all. Banging for the money, definitely wouldn’t mind paying more. Room comes fully equipped with flatscreen TV 40” I’d say, Tea and coffee with sugars and milk, added bottle of water. Room is decorated really well and to top it all off, there is a kettle, washing basket, fabulous wardrobe space with so many hangers! Long standing mirror and it has a rather pleasant smell. My room had a surprise added bed fit for a child or even for a sofa area which doesn’t take from the space of the room. Modern desk with seating.

Bathroom is very clean, smells lovely, shower is modern and powerful whilst bath is great, spacious and well kept. The modern shower doesn’t take away from those whom dislike the idea of showering in a bath as it’s such a great shower head. Couldn’t ask for more from the washing amenities. Towels provided, spacious bathroom and NO disturbances from other visitors.

The kitchen is just as clean, provides FREE BREAKFAST and access to all amenities. Dining area is well kept and well decorated.

Polite chat from host Paul, the guests are very friendly but your personal space is not impacted. All was welcome here when I stayed, any diverse and cultural people (Guests from France, Middle-Eastern and various others).

Paul is a fantastic host, who has great ancestors on the other side, being a channeller I got such pleasant vibes from all of them. Paul was able to turn round my check in so much earlier and it was outstanding service. No problems getting in or out and communication was fast and amazingly cohesive.

Lovely neighbourhood, plenty of shops and takeaways. Community runs deep here which provides an added touch of home. Situated by the most lovely park, The Waterfront, and I mean goose, swans and birds are so delightfully everywhere, friendly enough and walk on a large lake land park is a nice added touch.

I’d 100% come here again! He should be charging more.
