These apartments (there are 12), of which half or so are sea facing, are simply stunning. The website is very helpful and gives a lot of useful information re things to do and restaurants nearby. We stayed in Sunset for three nights last week and could not have been happier with the standard of the accommodation. Our daughter took the top room with ensuite shower room. She also had a small balcony off the French doors with an amazing sea view and a large telly on the wall. Our room also had a bit of a sea view from my position in bed. What a bonus! And the lounge had fantastic sea views from the three shuttered windows. We loved having a dressing room as well as our own bathroom. We appreciated the welcome pack of tea, nespresso pods, milk, bread butter and sugar as well as a lovely bottle of red wine and some outstanding brownies and blondies from a local company. Much appreciated and very well thought through. There is ample parking in front of the building and outdoor seating with a garden area to the rear that must be great in Summer for families. We had keyless entry, but did chat to a delightful maintenance man on a couple of occasions. The building was purchased and the renovations started eight years ago. The sister company is the beach huts not far away. We enjoyed fluffy white towels and high quality linens in our super comfy beds. Our stay was a delight from start to finish and we did not want to go home! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was informed by the neighbour of the apartments 117 Promenade there's a lot of drug abusers and vehicle vandalism if parking to the front of the apartments during the night.

I wasn't asked to move my vehicle by anyone. Why would you be asking anyone parking to move their vehicle? Are there any parking restrictions outside your apartments, or are you asking visitors to move their vehicles because there being vandalized. I can fully understand your protection of your apartments and business but as I said in my comments I was informed by your next door neighbour and resident at 117 South Promenade it's unsafe to park there during the night because of drug abusers and vehicle vandalism. I'm sure your having regular dialogue with Lancashire constabulary to reduce the drugs abuse and vehicle vandalism in the vicinity of your apartments. However if your next door neighbour is saying this is a problem I must accept their comments and find a safer place for my friends to enjoy a relaxing trouble...

Just on our way home and already looking to book again. We stayed in the pebbles room and the videos on the website were amazing for showing us what to expect of space but what it doesn’t show is all the little bits to make the stay the most comfortable home from home. From milk in the fridge for a deserved brew from the travels to a washer drier for the end of a windy day on the beach-they really have thought of it all. Plenty of towels, lovely cleaning products, all the utensils even a child friendly option available too. My children enjoyed playing in the playground and with the board games and books provided. So glad to have stumbled across this gem after booking a beach hut last year. We will definitely be regulars....

St Anne's Beach Apartments are synonymous with all things excellent. We made another visit to the beautiful collection of apartments, this time in the cosy two-person suite named Seashore. Complete with its own grassed frontage and patio the interior is...well stunning. From furnishings to available equipment, from cleanliness to presentation and welcome pack we couldn't have asked for more on this short break. It really does feel like you are the first guests to have stayed here, first impressions are always important, and we have never been disappointed. There are a beautiful selection of apartments for all tastes and all family sizes all serviced and looked after by a great team of staff too. We love coming here ️

Well, what can I say, I cannot recommend St Annes Beach Apartments enough! We have been going a few times a year for several years now, it is literally our home from home, my place to de stress from a busy life as a full time carer. My son absolutely loves it too, he would stay every week if he could. The apartments are absolutely lovely and accessible for wheelchair users with ground floor apartments, one with ramp entrance and the others on ground floor just one step inside. Very well equipped, quality furniture, super comfy beds etc and all the staff are truly amazing and go above and beyond to help 🥰 oh, the coffee is superb from the camper van outside too 😋
