I recently embarked on a 5-day business trip, staying at the Premier Inn in Addlestone. What truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service provided by General Manager Rayhan. His approach to hospitality went above and beyond, creating a lasting impression that I'm eager to share. From the moment I checked in, Rayhan displayed genuine warmth and friendliness. What stood out was his natural ability to strike up a conversation, making me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued individual. This personal touch set the tone for an exceptional stay. Rayhan's attentiveness became even more apparent when he noticed my careful approach to dietary choices. Sensing my preference for halal meat, he took it upon himself to ensure my culinary needs were met. To my surprise and delight, he went the extra mile by arranging for food from a local family restaurant, guaranteeing that I wouldn't go hungry during my stay. This thoughtful and kind-hearted gesture left a lasting impact on me. I felt not just accommodated, but truly cared for! Impressed by this experience, I shared my gratitude with the head office, highlighting Rayhan's exceptional service. To my delight, they not only acknowledged my feedback but also chose to rebook the same hotel for the following week. Moreover, they expressed their intention to make Premier Inn Addlestone a preferred venue for future training and business meetings. In conclusion, my stay at Premier Inn Addlestone was not merely about comfortable accommodations but a testament to the exceptional service provided by General Manager Rayhan. His kindness, genuine interest, and willingness to go the extra mile have left an indelible mark on my business trip, making this hotel a top choice for future endeavors. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay. You will not be disappointed with service here. You will get a 5 star experience. I wish my best to Rayhan & I like to thankyou once more for your exceptional service. Mohammed Shipon.

I had extremely mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms here are absolutely fine and well furnished and comfortable beds and the staff are friendly. But the positives end here..... The car park is not situated where the hotel is and is it 8-10 minute walk away from the hotel which is very unconvenient especially if you have to travel anywhere. The reception is randomly not on the ground floor of the building and there is no extra basic facilities in the hotel eg Gym. Another big gripe about this hotel was the quality of food and I would HIGHLY recommend not to eat here. I got meals two nights in a row and both were for better words, lackluster and disappointing. This consisted of the following..... 1. Mixed grill. This was a selection of meats including a steak. The food tasted very average and seemed to vary in temperature which was cooked untimely with peas on the side that were nearly stone cold. 2. Chicken wings. These are outrageously priced for what they are. They are more like chicken drum sticks which only consisted of 5 of pieces and tasted like rubber and was extremely disappointing, especially the fact they cost over £10.49?!?! 3. Chicken bacon stack. This again felt lackluster. It was like a slice of cheese but just put over the food and put into a microwave to melt and overall tasted very average overall. Conclusion If you are just looking for a room this hotel is satisfactory, but i definitely not recommend it for anything more than just a stay over and especially not to dine for food.

Good to know. Parking, you can park in the Waitrose car park for up to an hour to unload. Then you have to park in the multistorey nearby, but it's only a 5 minute walk. Plus, reception (on level 1) gives you a barcode so you don't have to pay. The rooms all have centrally controlled aircon, so anything lower than 19 degrees is impossible. On a hot day, we struggled a bit, as you can't even open the windows. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner, due to staff shortages. But they had breakfast laid on. As the hotel is above a Waitrose, we easily grabbed a salad for dinner. But there are restaurants nearby. Waitrose doesn't open until 12 on Sunday. The lift gets you to all rooms. The shower was great and the room clean and comfortable. We will be going back.

I have been to 4 different Premier Inn's recently, sorry to say, but this one had the worst service!

Before I checked inn, i went to the toilet at reception, it was just as dirty as a public toilet, which hasn't been cleaned for a week, what a great impression for a hotel!

When I entered my room the first time, I had the impression, that the cleaners haven't finished their cleaning job. The couch was standing in the middle of the room, so I had to push it back in the corner. In the bathroom were dozens of hairs in the bathtub, which i rinsed down myself and a dirty towel was behind the door! I acctually ran out of toiletpaper, as it was not refilled. At least the bed was clean, even the sheets were tugged in a bit odd, otherwise I would have definatley complained immeditaley.

Besides that the only chair in the room was hard and uncomfortable like a stone, terrible, if you work for hours on the laptop at the desk, other Premier Inn's have better chairs! Strange there is only one chair, also 4 could sleep in the room, with another matress under the bed plus the couch. When I asked at the reception for a pillow for the hard chair, they could not help me! Told me I should take a chair from the restaurant! Seriously? HDMI wall plug did not work either.

When I went to breakfast at 7:30am I had the impression, that I just got the leftovers! Half of the buffet was empty, bread, joghurts, milk, juice, eggs empty, all tables were covered with dirty dishes, that nobody cleared off! What a bad service!

Something I missed in ALL Premier Inn's: Missing toilet brushes! How should guests clean the mess down? Either leave it (nice!) or rinse it down with the glass? (dangerous) Stupid! A toilet brush is a low cost investment! Missing second recycling bin - but sign to throw recycling waste on the floor instead of bin! Hello? Where the hell are we? Oh and the famous Premier Inn beds...
