Firstly the good stuff The meal arrived pretty much on time and hot, the sauces were very flavour some and the noodles and rice were very nice. Now here is the problem. The chicken was very dry and overcooked. As a chef myself I suggest they tenderise it in egg white and cornflour and that way it would be like it should..
