I had an issue with my credit voucher today, as I wasn’t informed that I needed to keep the receipt for future use of the remaining balance. Read moreSecond time I've booked a pick-up delivery just to arrive for them to tell me they have no stock (1hour drive). I only found this out after waiting for around half an hour with no one at the till until I finally went looking for help myself.
It's not just this JSYK that seems to have such poor service. I bought my cupboard from JSYK in Oldham just for them to ship the boxes and me to find out ones missing (took two weeks to get the last box).
