I had an issue with my credit voucher today, as I wasn’t informed that I needed to keep the receipt for future use of the remaining balance. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn't use the remaining amount on my voucher. However, the staff at JYSK Warrington were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They worked together with the manager to offer me a new gift card for the remaining value, ensuring I didn’t lose out. Second time I've booked a pick-up delivery just to arrive for them to tell me they have no stock (1hour drive). I only found this out after waiting for around half an hour with no one at the till until I finally went looking for help myself.

It's not just this JSYK that seems to have such poor service. I bought my cupboard from JSYK in Oldham just for them to ship the boxes and me to find out ones missing (took two weeks to get the last box).

Some of the items are ok quality, but they have to figure out their online stock system. Still shows online as 2 items available for the rug we wanted to buy, but no stock in store, and they don't want to sell the ex display item. Keeping stock items updated should be the bare minimum for any business, we've been told either to go to the St Helens store or wait 4 weeks for delivery....
