Mullion Cove Apartments — Hotel in Great Britain

Lovely week in this idyllic place by the sea! A good place to set off from and ideal for walking on the coast. The apartment Guinevere was ideal for us with 3 big bedrooms and ensuite facilities. Arrangements were that we could enter the apartment from 3:30 and we arrived at 3:00 only to be told by the reception at the hotel that cleaning would take another hour. We had travelled about 6 hours that day. What would have been lovely is to be have been offered tea in the hotel until the apartment had been cleaned. We went down to the cove and the apartment and the cleaners told us we could drop off our cases until the cleaning was finished. We were allowed entry at 4:15 to a beautifully cleaned modern apartment with a cream tea ready on the main table. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen. Kitchen is very well stocked with lots of room. The outdoor furniture leaves a lot to be desired. It’s old and very used, detracting from the otherwise very attractive apartment. Exceptional. A truly wonderful hideaway to spend a week away from the stress of work and everyday life. We stayed in Rebecca, a first floor apartment with a balcony and a view to die for. With a generous living area and fully equipped kitchen we had everything we needed. The staff in the hotel at check-in and check-out were delightful, friendly and helpful but special mention must go to Sarah, the Head Housekeeper, who was so welcoming on our arrival and made our lovely holiday an exceptional...
