Trenance Farm Cottages — Hotel in Great Britain

I stayed with my girlfriend's family at Trenance Farm Cottages. This is my second year at the accommodation. It's a lovely complex with excellent cottages, good access to the sea, countryside all around and right next to the Chocolate Factory and the other wonderful shops here. The complex also has a very nice swimming pool. The cottages have all mod cons required for a week away. I had car issues whilst down in Mullion and so requested a mechanic recommendation from the owner of the complex and they gave me a really excellent trusted contact (Mullin Mechanics) - I really needed a good recommendation to prevent myself getting ripped off whilst away from home and the owners really helped me out! It made a rather stressful situation less stressful by giving me a trusted mechanic! I was so grateful as it helped make sure my week in Mullion went well and that the car was safe to be driven home. We have just returned from a week’s holiday staying at Trenance Farm. We’ve had a wonderful, relaxing week. We would highly recommend Trenance Farm as a place to stay and as a base for exploring the Lizard Peninsula. This is a place that feels as if it is truly cared for, where the owners work hard to ensure that visitors feel welcome and can relax into their holiday. That welcome and provision also extends to four-legged visitors. The cottage was exceptionally clean, tidy and also well equipped. The furniture in the lounge and the beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful to swim in the pool after a day of walking. The pool is enclosed and surrounded by beautiful trees & shrubs. Trenance Farm is perfectly situated for walking from the doorstep, either into Mullion Village, down to the Cove or further along the coastal path to delightful beaches. Arrived to a welcome pack of beverages ,milk and fresh flowers. Everything in the kitchenette that you could need, including an electric whisk ,scales and a rolling pin 😆.ironing board ,iron and hairdryer in bedroom. Bed really comfy. Amazing amount of plug sockets including usb one in bedroom. Great free internet. Possibly our only niggle was the hot water situation. After two minutes of running the water it turned cold . Two inches not really enough to soak. The shower though electric , again turned cold after a couple of minutes. Personally for me this was fine . Pool clean, perhaps a couple more chairs for non swimmers would be welcomed when busy. The washer and dryer free. Location of property is like a good many others in Devon. Car absolutely necessary .
