I am on a company trip to Poole and they booked me a Quad room, when i arrived theres only 1 king bed in the room, no mini fridge and a sofa bed. according to their website PREMIER QUADS ROOM it provides a bedroom with a king-size bed, a trackle-bed and a long sofa bed. Also enjoy our in-room free mini bar for your kids up on check in. All i get for the price of a quadroom is a Standard room. so i went to the reception and ask about this. she said they had given me this room because i am only a single traveller. and i said regardless if my company paid for a bigger room, i should still get a bigger room. she said i have to call in before i arrive next time so i can get the room with extra beds, sofa and a mini fridge. so they will just pocket the difference in price because im a single traveller. what a scam. the location of this hotel is far from town so you need to be prepared to walk. theres no nearby shops, pubs around so you need to stock yourself with some things u might need. such as toiletries, snacks and food. did i just said My room has no mini fridge so yeah. also the furnitures are dated and the table in my room is peeling off so using the table is very inconvenient and I can feel the sharp edges rubbing my elbows.

Budget hotel, great for a short stay . Rooms are clean and presentable, hotel staff are very polite and helpful, big parking area although some areas are dark and secluded so not sure on safety of vehicles in these areas, people try to park as close to the front as possible..an adjacent restaurant but this is what let's the hotel down. Seems as the company that used to run the restaurant have left, leaving it to the hotel..a large restaurant completely empty but unless you pre booked they will not seat you which is very bizzare so make sure you book in advance if you want some dinner.. breakfast was average, but convenient , if you have time it may be a better choice to head to other food establishments in the near area

Unpleasant, awful, and dirty. The staff were really helpful and polite at reception, but that’s where the positives ended. The rooms were grubby and dirty, and I could hear every single step the people on the floor above me took, and people walking up and down that stairs. Loud reverberating stomps from early morning to late at night. The restaurant for breakfast was absolutely filthy, badly managed, and chaotic. I was disgusted. We had prepaid for breakfast on both mornings but just skipped it on the second day as we could not face that filth again.

My check in time was advised 2pm We arrived about 230 to be greeted with “not all the rooms are ready “ no hello ? The waiting area was hot the staff seemed very stressed and the lady kept saying they’ve taken my piece of paper So she disappeared Then she spoke to the people behind and checked him in whilst I’m waiting confused Then she told me they are hoovering you room so you can go in soon

Still nothing pleasant no welcome or greeting First impressions really do count

We eventually got our key and went to the room A sweat box it was so hot and unbearable we left to go out shortly after

I booked and paid for breakfast on the Monday which I totally regrets It was a shamble We were seated at a table which was not clean and waited and waited 2 more families came into the area after and were served I asked for some help from one of the Waiters who was busy but no one came then I called to the host a bearded man who has sat us down about about 20 minutes before and asked for some help What would you like he said ? I said our breakfast please OH he said and took our order We had no plates cutlery milk and the bits everyone else had so I had to ask for that The toast area was a joke not set up for social distance at all

The juice had run out twice so I could not have a drink

The place was heaving understaffed with the staff running round like mad I felt sorry for them It was hot disorganised and it didn’t feel safe It was full of people taking advantage of the Eat out to help out just coming in from anywhere and the residents and booked tables were not able to also have this discount as I had paid in advance which I believe is unfair

We didn’t eat in the restaurant or have breakfast as we had planned to for the next 3 days after this poor experience

In my opinion if breakfast was booked at a time that you should be seated and served before any other general walk in which was happening as I heard this group of mums And tots doing this and other in the queue with no bookings just walking in

I Understand the Covid Restrictions and am grateful to of been able to take a short break and I complied with all the guidance just feel that the restaurant should too

Would...

After a 10 hour coach trip we got to the reception to be blanked by two members of staff we waited for 20 minute and my partner asked three time if we can book in for one member of staff to say she needed go get her front door keys and another eventually said the computers are down so I can get you in your room but your have no key card we will bring them in morning once in the room very tired we realized we only had two pillows on bed and not 4 we then went to order food and they said they didn't have the proper toppings for the pizza so we made it up of chicken and BBQ sauce base that's it my partner had work the next day so went and I called down to reception to ask if I could have our key card they said they didn't know that there was anything wrong with computers and to go and get them when I went down the reception was closed so I couldn't get back in room so went to the near by Asda they finely have me the cards and I went back to my room i saw a cleaner and ask if i can hsve a couple of pillows but she said i wàs only allowed 1 more so thst was three the the key cards qere a was a waste of time by then cos we checked out early sat morning whe. I went to reception on Friday night I got told they will bring more pillows to us but they never came ,then sat morning we help by stripping the bed to find that the mattress protector had old blood stains on them and then so did the inner of the duvet I was horrified as I don't have period or was bleeding at all and it wasn't on the outer covers so it was there before us which is not exceptable for the price of the stay and I do not thin k iwill want to stay there again also we were put on the top floor and the noise from the all night gym of which is above us keep us awake all night terrible time at this hotel for £160 got good mins...

Having stayed at this Premier Inn on a number of occasions in 2022 we were happy to book and stay again for two nights with breakfast , we arrived at 2.40pm aware that check in was from 3pm. First impressions from the appearance of the outside did not inspire us , the Hotel from the outside appears very run down and needs attention. We were advised by reception that our room would not be available for 3pm and it may be quite sometime before a room would be available so we attended the bar . The bar / restaurant was filthy and in desperate need of a good clean. We returned to reception at 4pm to be told they had a room available for us . Upon entering our room we were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room and state of the paintwork , cobwebs were numerous around the ceiling and paintwork was cracked in numerous places in the room and bathroom revealing bare wood. We decided to eat out at a local restaurant in town. When we returned to our room we were unable to get to sleep due to a very noisy room above us where the occupants were stamping around like a herd of elephants. We endured a very restless night. Breakfast was poor, the restaurant was unclean with food left on the table and underneath it, there was no orange fruit juice, the tropical fruit juice ern was empty , the cooked breakfast was poor , beans were cold , mushrooms were not cooked . Overall we were very disappointed . We decided to check out and forfeit our second night and breakfast . This Inn requires a lot of work to bring it up to an acceptable standard . It requires painting inside and outside, it requires a thorough cleaning . One plus point was the staff who were generally polite and friendly . Sadly We will not be...
