Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

The experience wasn't overly pleasant, positive notes first it was spotlessly Clean granted the place was trading as take away only what made it be bumped up to a second star, when I entered the arrows on the floor we not clear on which way to queue, took a maybe 2 minutes to get served what was understandable as the chap was making a hot meals to go, it took a very long time to be made about 9 minutes , however my order was made wrong as I asked for a gingerbread cappuccino I recieved a normal cappuccino I wouldn't have minded but where I asked for syrup I don't tend to ask for sugar either. So after being given my drinks I left and mde it to the car to where I realised my drink was incorrect I had to go back and get sugar because i couldn't waste more time as while I was waiting a large queue formed behind me. Like normally I would have spoken up but if I did it would have meant another customer would have had to wait longer for their stuff while I had a replacement...

I ordered Terrys Chocolate orange hot choc, skinny hot choc a mocha. After asking for my order a number of times, she started to make the drinks, then walked away and passed it onto two other members of staff, there was a queue by now but they were just all faffing around instead of each having a certain job. The mocha was ok, when they made the Orange hot choc, they ran out of cream after half a squirt, the guy making it just handed to another member of staff & walked off. I said I wanted more cream on it so it actually looked like the picture, she tried the cream again & said "Oh it's empty, I will have to fill it" looking at me blankly. I said yes could you refill it. She then just wandered away again! The guy returned & I again asked for more cream, which he got out if the fridge, problem solved! But my skinny hot chocolate was made with whole milk, I didn't bother to complain as I had lost...

Hi, I went in to here today, ordered a Terry’s Hot Chocolate, skinny hot chocolate and a mocha. The mocha was fine but the Terrys one was a bit of a fluke: The girl at the till mixed up our order, passed it on to the other members of staff and gave us the order with little to no cream, we asked for more cream and they did but there was still hardly any cream on the drink. We then asked if they could add more but the staff member said they were out of cream and had the audacity to not get more cream. As we said, we asked for a skinny hot chocolate, but yet again, they did not make a skinny hot chocolate, instead it was a normal hot chocolate. This is not the first time I have complained about Costa, it’s disappointing. I would’ve preferred to go to Starbucks for a Frappuccino instead of this poor...
