I stayed at the Premier Inn Derry/Londonderry and at was a most enjoyable experience. The hotel has its own car park with ample car parking spaces. There is a Brewers Fayre restaurant attached to the hotel which is handy. The food and service at the Brewers Fayre is excellent. The check in procedure at the hotel was quick and efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a double room with en-suite facilities and it was of top quality. The Premier Inn Derry/Londonderry is in a convienent location if you want to visit Derry/Londonderry. I would recommend a visit to the Premier Inn in Derry/Londonderry. Update Friday 18th March 2022: I checked in at the Premier Inn Derry/ Londonderry and it was a most enjoyable experience. First of all access and exit from the Premier Inn Derry/Londonderry is good. There is ample car parking spaces. Check in was quick and efficient. I am in room number 202 on the second floor of the hotel. I have a double room with en-suite facilities. I am staying at Premier Inn Derry/ Londonderry for four consecutive nights from Friday 18th March to Monday 21st March 2022. I am attending Mass at St Columba's Long Tower Catholic Church in Derry/ Londonderry as follows: Friday 18th March 7:30pm - attended. Saturday 19th March 6:00pm Sunday 20th March at 12 noon Monday 21st March at 7:30pm. On Saturday 19th to Monday 21st March 2022 I am parking my car at : St Mary's Catholic Church Ardmore Parish The Parochial House 49 Ardmore Road Derry BT47 3QP. The Church St Mary's, Ardmore Parish, Derry Diocese, Ireland is open all day! Each evening I am dining at the Brewers Fayre at the Premier Inn Derry/ Londonderry as follows: Saturday 19th March 8pm Sunday 20th March 8pm Monday 21st March 8:45pm. Booked several rooms here for a family event. For 2 of the rooms we requested cots for the infants in the party. Was very disappointed to find upon checking in that the mattresses in both cots were ill fitting and in 1 had no foam, meaning it was a very hard surface for an 8 week old baby! I informed reception that the cots were unsuitable and showed him the photos, including that of the safety card provided, stating not to use if mattresses could be lifted by the child using the cot, which in the case of the 1 year old in the party would have been possible. Initially I was informed that they were the only cots available. When I explained to the gentleman that travel cots should and do have mattresses that fit better than those and that in my opinion the bases had been mixed with other cots. He did go and look and was able to find other cots, which did in fact have better fitting mattresses and finally offered us replacements. He did also say he would speak to the manager to ensure that all cots were checked to make sure the mattresses are the correct ones for the frame. Hopefully this is actually acted on to prevent others from finding themselves in the same situation with dangerous conditions for their children to sleep in I would also add that one of the blankets provided was stained and unsuitable, luckily we had packed our own blankets for the baby so didn’t need to use it. Despite the disappointment with regards to the cots and the initial response. Once it was dealt with correctly we did go on to enjoy our stay and would return.

We stayed one night and was given key cards to a large adapted room for the disabled guest, which we didn't book. We were disappointed with having no bath. We got a wet room with hardly any work tops to put any toiletries on. However the wet room dried much quicker than the usual en suites would. I was annoyed I couldn't hang a dress as the wardrobe was far too low and my other half nearly died with the heat as there was no window opening. The huge bed was comfy though and if it wasn't for the constant floor pounding of an elephant in the room above, we'd have slept well. Before departing for our car in the spacious carpark, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. Because of covid we could not use self service, but the table service was excellent. I would return to this Premier Inn so long as I get a room I actually book and not a hospital mini suite.

Would not stay in this hotel again! As a family of four and another family we had asked for adjoining rooms,we did get this. We arrived and our room wasn't ready and our friends was . They had paid for the early check in. We then all went down into the city centre for the day so weren't returning back to the hotel until 8.30pm. When we checked in and went to our room there was an awful smell. The windows don't open in the hotel either,I turned on the air con to see if that helped and it didn't. Later on our friends and us were sitting in our family room . Two of our children were on the double bed and commented about the smell again . My husband then put his hand on top of the duvet and it was damp. When pulled back the covers the bed was yellow and he smelt . It was URINE! two of our party was actually sick. We obviously went to reception to a guy that was on by himself and very clueless. He offered to change the bed and we refused and asked to be moved rooms or a new mattress in which he did . We then decided to go down to the bar whilst waiting on the room being sorted. The staff in there one guy when we had got our drinks came over and said "last orders" then come near 11pm "ok I'm locking up soon" also I think we should've been looked after while waiting on our room to be sorted, not pay for drinks but I understand the restaurant arnt joined to the hotel. We did complain to a manager the next morning and sent off an email of complaint and have been offered a refund for our nights stay (not for the breakfast though) . Never have we experienced this in a hotel before or any other premier inn . Just beware to check your beds. Also the camp bed my son had to sleep on had a dodgy wheel and was as...
