Once again I feel the need to complain about the lack of basic hygiene at Cafe Nero in Crescent Link Londonderry! Wrote before about dogs being seen to be using customer chairs, earlier in the week two woman with their respective pooches adorning two tub chairs!! This is really unsatisfactory from a hygiene perspective and frankly has to stop!!!! is the local council aware of these possible health infringements?!! I spend a lot of money on coffee and food items in that store and in the past at other branches.
There is a constant strong odour of vomit coming either off the floor, tables and or the rather grubby dog hair covered chairs! Unacceptable folks,........ not experienced this in other Cafe Nero branches visited!!!!!!

Can I please, please suggest decorative perspex partitions?

Thankfully coffee...
Read moreAt 19.15 on a Saturday evening, my husband and I fancied something sweet to go along with our coffee. There was a vast variety of cakes to choose from and reluctantly, we ordered a slice of red velvet cake, with some cream on the side, in case the cake had been sitting there for some time and it was beginning to go stale. How wrong we were!! The cake was as if it had just been baked a few hours ago. It was moist and very tasty and we were both very pleased with our choice. Thank you again Cafe Nero...
