Located centrally to many of the stores which makes it an ideal spot if you want to relax a bit after your shopping. The day I visited, was very sunny & a warn day which made it all the more worth to spend some time there. It has a good menu & loads of books which doesn't make much difference to me but my wife absolutely loved it. So book lovers wanting to have some good alone time with quality books is also not an issue. In short, you should try it!

In Nero's the tin says Italian blended coffee, The taste says Naples,Rome , Milan or Parma .The muffin with lemon shouts Sicily,! is the water from Tyrolean hills? Maybe an artesian well A multi cultural staff say service with a smile, efficiency all the while, making my day is their style. yes they go that extra mile!

Handy coffee shop on the Crescent Link Retail Park in Derry. There's indoor and outside seating. Not far from Altnagelvin hospital and you can park for up to 4 hours.

Once again I feel the need to complain about the lack of basic hygiene at Cafe Nero in Crescent Link Londonderry! Wrote before about dogs being seen to be using customer chairs, earlier in the week two woman with their respective pooches adorning two tub chairs!! This is really unsatisfactory from a hygiene perspective and frankly has to stop!!!! is the local council aware of these possible health infringements?!! I spend a lot of money on coffee and food items in that store and in the past at other branches.

There is a constant strong odour of vomit coming either off the floor, tables and or the rather grubby dog hair covered chairs! Unacceptable folks,........ not experienced this in other Cafe Nero branches visited!!!!!!

Again, today visited this branch hoping for a quick relaxing coffee and pastry. chose to sit outside as the weather was fine. Sadly this experience was ruined by a "fragrant smelling" grey haired gentleman sitting in close proximity next to me repeatedly scratching his head with his dandruff and loose hair floating over the pastry and into my coffee. I noticed the neckline of his t shirt was peppered with dandruff so it was only from him!!!!!!! Thankfully I saw this before drinking any more coffee or pastry!!! Can I please, please suggest decorative perspex partitions?

I have become extremely disenchanted by the hygiene aspects mentioned earlier, there is absolutely, absolutely no excuse these days for disinfectant and deep clean or regular replacment of seating furniture.

Frankly there has to be an immediate improvement in the hygiene at this branch. I have no quibble with the staff or quality of the coffee whatsoever and even they must despair at having to work in such an unpleasant...

3 members of staff, only 1 trainee batista serving. Took 10mins before I was served. Only 1 lady in front getting food and festive drinks which took ages to make. Queue of 8 people behind me by the time I got served, the guy next to me was also getting really annoyed as one of the servers was only clearing tables and asked the other girl if she wanted to go on a break.. seriously 8 customers and only 1 trainee server.. easily seeing this is a franchise and not a personally run business. Thankfully coffee...

At 19.15 on a Saturday evening, my husband and I fancied something sweet to go along with our coffee. There was a vast variety of cakes to choose from and reluctantly, we ordered a slice of red velvet cake, with some cream on the side, in case the cake had been sitting there for some time and it was beginning to go stale. How wrong we were!! The cake was as if it had just been baked a few hours ago. It was moist and very tasty and we were both very pleased with our choice. Thank you again Cafe Nero...
