Myre Edge Farm Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Ribble Valley

We received a very warm welcome from our hostess. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we enjoyed our visit to this bed and breakfast. The bedrooms are large and comfortable: one with an en-suite bath and one with an en-suite shower. Cereal, orange juice, a full "English" breakfast, toast, tea or coffee set us up for the day.||The farm house is located in a rural setting so it is very quiet. Room with en-suite bath, overlooks garden and field towards distant road and is shaded from morning sun. Room with en-suite shower overlooks fields and receives the morning sun. Both rooms are very comfortable ||We ate dinner at Northcote, which is less than 4 miles away - so a very convenient place to stay at considerably lower cost than the Northcote hotel. ||We would recommend this...

Myre Edge Farm is a beautiful old farmhouse set amongst stunning grounds with breath taking views. There are fallow deer in the grounds along with a stables provding livery for several horses. ||The house is large and clean and the bedrooms are a decent size double with ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilites, WiFi and TV with Freeview.||Joanne and Karl are both very warm and friendly hosts and the breakfast provided by Joanne is spot on Full English as well as cereals, toast etc.||The location is a quiet one and is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the regular daily grind.||Despite the peaceful location there are several pubs and restaurants close by, including an exceptional Indian a couple of minutes walk away.||I had a wonderful weekend here and hope to...

We stayed at Myre Edge Farm for one night due to it's location close to Northcote.||It is a lovely farm house in a quiet location with lovely views and is very close to two restaurants (one Italian and one Indian)||Our room was large and comfortable but did not have a shower, only a bath.||Jo, our host was very friendly and helpful, and also offers a taxi service if required.||It would have been nice to have a little but more information upon arrival or a welcome pack to read (for example with the Wifi code and how to access the property if the host wasn't there, local ameneties etc).||Breakfast was good in the morning and we did...
