DO NOT STAY HERE! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!! The rooms are disgusting! When I first got there I had to switch rooms because the smell was so bad and the room was so gross, phone didn't work, the list just goes on. The second room was just as bad Roaches, dirty tubs, bedding and floors. I hardly got any sleep because I was afraid something would crawl on me. But worst of all was the owners. To make a long story short, 2 pieces of jewelry went missing and the owners told me no one had been in the room even though they clearly had been. I was so enraged I left and found another hotel. When I returned to get our belongings one of the pieces of jewelry just happen to be under our belongings on the desk. We almost felt bad (and thought we were going crazy) until a very honest employee stopped at the room and said they seen the owners sneak it back in. I confronted the female owner, which is very rude ( the owners are middle aged Indian couple, the only reason I am describing them is because another employee said they will lie to customers and say they are not the owners) and she said she'd "found" it and returned it to our room, but she had no answer for why it was underneath our belongings. We never recovered the other piece of jewelry. I had to go through Expedia to get a partial refund for the night I didn't stay. I arrive to Days inn at 2am after 5 hours of driving expecting to check in and get in my room to get sleep for me and my tired kids.However, nothing is pleasant when I arrive. They tell me that they have gave my room away! They offered to give me a room with ONE small bed…..I have a family of FIVE. I had already PAYED for a room that would fit us five very comfortably. To make matters worse… they made getting a refund hard! They said I would have to call Expedia…… I am in utter disgust with how they have treated my family. Read moreIf I could give No star I would. When I checked in I wasn't even asked what kind of room I wanted or what kinda of bed they just told me a price and tried to get me to pay. I asked for a room at the back of the building and was told they didnt have any open. after I paid almost $70 for a standard double for one person I went to my room only to find a price sheet on the back of the door that says $49.99 a night for one person!! Even online says less than whay they are charging. The staff claimed they had never seen it and called the owner. The owner said its old. But it looks brand new and is in EVERY room. These people are charging what they want!!! I asked if since that was the price for my room then how much for a big single bed? When I was upgraded they put me at the back of the building where they said they had no rooms!! And no one of my belongings is missing and they claim to have never seen it. It's as big as I am. There's no way they didn't see it. They have cameras as well but just dismiss it and don't even offer to review them. They are thieves and crooks. Don't stay here.
