This was, by far, the worst experience that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs.
My family and I went through the drive through since the dining room was closed. It took us about ten minutes to make our way up to the window to pay after ordering two four-piece chicken supreme dinners, even though there were only two cars ahead of us. This place really is that slow.
We were asked to pull into a curbside pickup spot to wait for our food, with no explanation for the delay. We did so and then watched and waited as a total of FOUR orders were brought out to waiting customers during the FORTY-FIVE minutes that we spent at this place. Like I said - really, really slow.
Looking back, I honestly don't know why we waited around as long as we did. My wife and I were growing more impatient by the minute, and our two toddlers had been screaming for food for a while, so we pulled back up to the window. I asked for a refund and watched as the employees prepared food for others who had come to the restaurant AFTER us. It quickly became apparent that they had completely forgotten about our order. The manager eventually located our receipt, refunded the transaction, and gave us a half-hearted apology. We were livid and starving, but also thrilled to finally be able to leave to look for food elsewhere.
Needless to say, we won't ever be returning to this location. I have also personally sworn off Bojangles for good. There are plenty of other good alternatives out there that will actually serve food to you when...

They didn't respond for a week and then responded saying they will refer my comments to there training team. I will no longer eat at any of your locations! Your customer service is awful throughout the whole company apparently.
Ordered a 12 piece tailgaters. The coal slaw was in two small sample cups. There were 6 wings and they forgot the biscuits. They also forgot the receipt so i tried to call the location to see if they would give me what i actually ordered but it rang forever and then said goodbye and hung up. I have contacted cooperate. Also the meal did not come in the tailgaters box like normal and it took 30mins at the drive thru. This is by far my worst experience with this restaurant. The lady at the drive thru is so rude, didn’t even speak at the window other than telling me how much I owed, even after I told her thank you with each hand to hand transaction. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. When I got it the bo rounds were barely even warm, the biscuit was completely flat and the egg was a little rubbery.i had two pieces of bacon a small piece and the other was a slab of fat. I sat in the parking lot for about 5 minutes bc none of the lights were on outside so it looked closed.it wasn’t until I seen a car pull up to the drive thru that I knew they were open.
