I purchased my elderly family member A room. We showed up early around 9:00am and I had to drop him off. When he asked if he was allowed to wait in the lobby until the room was ready, the lady at the front desk became rude, offensive and defensive at the same time and stated that they don't let anyone sit in the lobby paying customer or not. This offended me but I didn't have time to go to another place to take my money elsewhere. I won't ever be using anything related to La Quinta and I hope you fire the people that you have working at your establishment because they do not value repeat customers or the current customers that you have. If this is a corporate role that your whole establishment practice is that you don't let paying customers sit in the lobby until their room is ready, then shame on you. My uncle is in his late '60s and literally had to walk around in the rain today like a homeless man. Thank you so much. I hope you enjoy the money. It is the last you will ever get from me or anyone in my family and several of our friends have heard about the incident and they will not be using your establishment or any establishment affiliated with you. It sickens me what service has turned into. He is an elderly man who was forced to go and sit at a gas station or restaurant like a bum even though he purchased a room. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION ONE THAT ACTUALLY VALUES YOU

This can’t be a true Laquita Inn I have stayed at many. They have tried to make it nice but I’m not sure if it is that I’m an older person but someone has spent a lot of money to fix it up but don’t a bad job I’d fire the contractor. First of all I got a reservation when we got there we had to use our cc to pay $50 to hold which isn’t in any writing and we used a cc not a debit card. This is returned when you leave. Ok we got our room went in tand the mold Oder would knock you down. He was nice and kindly gave us another room it was better. Ok when we got to look around as I said someone spent a lot of money trying to remodel but just hired the wrong contractor. Look at pics. Bathroom shower bar was almost ready to come down the return vent was the old rusty one light was rusty and the electrical box is hey had used before was not done right. The bed was not comfortable we had two queens. Spend a little more and go to the one in severville it is a real Laquita Inn. I was truly disappointed for $103.00 it was no up to the brand standards on the bright side breakfast was good. Also if you like privacy it ain’t gonna happen the curtains don’t close either and the parking light from outside shines in.

We love staying with Wyndham at La Quinta. We chose this location because Sevierville was fully booked, and this was the next closest to Pigeon Forge. The hotel was really nice, the front staff were very inviting and friendly. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. There's an airport across the street, and it was super cool seeing planes take off and land! Thankfully, it was not loud. Also, great dining choices within walking distance. I love the full-size bottles in the shower. Unfortunately, there were two conditioners instead of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Also, the showerhead would not change, and the bathroom sink's stopper was broken. The mini fridge would not seal and made an awfully loud buzzing noise and wouldn't cool... the last issue I experienced this trip was regarding replenishing our towels - I called the front desk, and they brought them up immediately but didn't knock since the DND hanger was on the door. Instead of placing them in a bag, they laid them directly on the dirty hallway floor against the door, so when I opened the door, they all fell inside the room on that floor. Otherwise, our visit was enjoyable.

We originally booked two nights. Room we had was relatively clean and price was very reasonable. The biggest saving grace was the desk clerk, Aaron I believe. He was very cordial and accommodating. I loved his smile and the way he interacted with not only us but the way I saw him interact with others. The pool was clean, though a little cool for my liking. The pool room was very warm. I'm surprised the water wasn't warmer based on the room temperature.

First room we were in seemed small for a king sized room. We were on 2nd floor and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Refrigerator in room didn't work well. They replaced it. The first day we were there they biscuit gravy was the worse I've ever experienced anywhere! It was like milk with flavored in it. Except it didn't have much flavor. There was no sausage. Only eggs. It would be nice if they had muffins. But only had bagels and breads for toast. The second day the biscuit gravy was thick, but it still didn't add much flavor except there was sausage and we chopped it up to add flavor to the gravy.

We decided to stay another night but we decided to move to another hotel. Fortunately for LaQuinta, our loyalty stayed with them for the rest of our stay here in Tennessee due to other hotels in the area in the price range were already booked.

So... We moved to another room hoping if we were on 1st floor smokers would be less encouraged to perfume the place with their disgusting aroma. We picked a disability room as it was a bit larger and would keep us farther away from smoking clientele. Well, this worked except.

The light up mirror in the bathroom did not light up The refrigerator made an awful pumping noise all night long. This is why I am sitting here in the lobby at 3 am typing this review. I can't sleep. I'd complain, but my companion is sound asleep and I don't want to disturb him. We have a 440 mile drive home when we get up. I hope he doesn't need a relief driver. Maybe I'll nap better in the car.

The rating I gave the rooms were due to the issues I had. The rating for service was due to Aaron being so personable and out of his way to be accommodating. He is very polite. The lady serving breakfast was also very sweet, in spite of the bad gravy and the breakfast selection was not her choice, I'm sure. The rating for the location is because it's right near Ruby Tuesdays! Ours in Indiana are all shut down. We were so happy to find one right next to the hotel. It's minus one star due to the heavy traffic.

The price was reasonable. It's not nightmare. Just had irritating problems that management can improve on. But, well, next time we will look at other accommodations for our next stay. This is our second visit this year. Who knows, we might come back to the area...

Made reservations about a week before my stay with my daughter and grand daughter who stayed in a separate room. I requested top floor, not near the elevator or ice machine. At check in I was told they couldn't honor my request and I would be on the first floor in a pet-friendly room. The reception clerk told me that they had called me several times during the day and messaged. I had been on a flight. When he told me this I checked my phone and he had not messaged and only called once. So, that was untrue. I've been a La Quinta customer for over twenty-five years and this did not sit well with me. I do not like to stay in rooms that have been occupied by pets or to hear pets barking. However, the room they gave me was 126 and very quiet and clean. It was okay. The breakfast did not include muffins which is what I like and I've never been to a La Quinta before which didn't have them. The most negative part was the 'hot' water in the shower. It was barely warm and was that way all three days. The hotel had the handle set so it could not be turned for hotter water. A positive is that it is close to the airport and easy to get to downtown Knoxville.||Even though my room did not have a pet odor, my daughter's room which was down the hall from mine did have a pet odor. ||The one negative I would change definitely would be the temperature of the shower water. I really like a hot shower and it...
