My wife and I, as proud members of the Kaiya Beach Club, just returned from an absolutely fabulous July 4th vacation at Kaiya Beach Resort along 30A. This was hands down one of the busiest weeks of the year, with crowds everywhere, but the staff here went above and beyond to make our stay magical. It was truly all hands on deck – even the owner and managers pitched in on beach chair duty, ensuring every guest felt taken care of without a hitch.|What sets Kaiya apart is that it feels like you’re staying at your own private beach house, but with all the perks of an exclusive resort. The pristine beaches, luxurious amenities, and serene vibe make it the perfect escape. We were especially impressed by the personalized service from Herve, Denver, and Fernanda. These incredible team members treated our family like honored guests from the moment we arrived always attentive, warm, and going the extra mile to anticipate our needs. Their hospitality made us feel truly special and valued.|The food this week was nothing short of incredible, with fresh, flavorful options. The highlight was Shelly’s special meal on the evening of the 4th – it was simply perfect, bursting with seasonal flavors and paired beautifully with the festive atmosphere. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the beach service everything exceeded our expectations.|If you’re looking for a top-tier beach resort experience on 30A, Kaiya is unbeatable. We can’t wait to return.Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable holiday! Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone seeking that ideal blend of...
Read moreI stayed at Kaiya Beach Resort for two nights recently to celebrate my birthday. Prior to my arrival, I spoke to Evan, a concierge, by phone and he described the property & the paid amenities to me. He was extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived, we checked-in and were told we needed to pay a $100 non-refundable damage waiver (for a two-night stay) ... We were then shown our unit, which was absolutely beautiful! My only complaints were the noisiness of the main road, and the large silverfish in the master bath & guest room. I informed the property upon departure that they should spray. On the day of my birthday, we headed towards the beach club and were told by a concierge that the beach club was closed for a photoshoot. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to that. It has an infinity pool & rooftop gym. When we got to the beach, we weren't even allowed to look inside. Once down at the beach, we listened to noisy construction as several homes are being built. Unless you bring air pods, be prepared to listen to it ALL day. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again. I had stayed at Camp Creek Inn the two nights prior, and felt like it was a better value. At Kaiya, the room night seems cheaper than other hotels in the area, but they get you on the extras. Two beach chairs are $85, the beach club is $100/person, bikes are $65/person. No restaurants or cafes...
Read moreFrom start to finish, our stay at Kaiya Beach Resort was spectacular. Booking was seamless, and the staff reached out before our arrival to make sure everything went smoothly, even accommodating our late check-in. That kind of communication set the tone for the whole visit.||The resort itself is still expanding, but the experience was already five stars. The photos online don’t do it justice. Diversity was important to us in choosing a property, and Kaiya delivered both in their website representation and in the art and atmosphere on site. We felt welcomed and included from the moment we walked into the lobby, greeted by two stunning art pieces that spoke to the resort’s commitment to culture and community.||Our suite was seaside luxury at its best. Clean lines, beautifully styled, and stocked with everything you’d need for a longer stay. Every kitchen detail, from William Sonoma pots and cutlery to a full BBQ set, made it feel like home with a touch of elegance.||The staff was attentive and kind throughout our stay, adding to the sense of ease. It’s clear Kaiya is building something special on 30A, and we left already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fresh, luxurious, and inclusive...
