Mr. Mattress and Home — Hotel in Andalusia

My mom bought our mattress from the Andalusia location she paid a lot of money for it at the time of purchase mrs Joanne told me if anything happens to it it will be replaced I called the office three weeks ago because the filling in the mattress has separated and one side of the bed falls down when you lay on it after calling multiple times of calling finally got me Tim to come by only to be told because my daughter spilled something on it the warranty is voided that has nothing to do with the filling separating and it being a bad product I was told if anything happens with the mattress it would be fixed so I feel like I was lied to by mrs Joanne and now I have to sleep on the floor cause I slide off the bed when I lay on it so thank you for your honesty and standing behind your products this is to your response never stated that you was a bad company only that your product is bad and that your company doesnt stand by your products i was told if anything happens it would be replaced never was i told that the warrenty would be voided for any reason and your company has all my info so if you wanted to make right of this situation you would do so without me having to call and get berated for expecting what was told also by you personally buying me a mattress is still not standing by your product but i do however appreciate your offer as im sure you work hard for your money as i do so its not your place to do that but if your company would like to right its wrong you have my info and could fix it at any time you would like thank you and have...
