Good food, cold treats. I just hate that the entire process for order and pickup is all done outside. No place to do just that if there is inclimate weather (rain, snow, cold, etc.). Foremost, you have to walk across the lot to another separate building if you want to dine in. They need to think about the possibility of building a NEW facility (2nd location?) to accommodate having everything under one roof. I am sure it would increase business. There has been many times when it was pouring down rain and I wanted to eat here but who really would stand in the rain just to order food? **Update: My most recent visit I ordered a chicken strip (4) pc basket. The worked just called my order number and threw the box in the window and closed it after I took the order. They offered no dipping sauce and the tenders were like warm and the fries had absolutely no salt on them. The bread seemed like it was pre toasted and sat for a bit before being used. Just bland food sitting in a plain box. Very...
Read moreThe only reason this review is not a ZERO star review is because it won't let you give zero stars! Ordered a kids meal with a PLAIN cheeseburger (pretty sure 90% of every kids cheeseburgers are ordered plain), got cheeseburger and it was loaded with all kind of stuff. Took back and because ticket did not say plain, I told them I'd just pay for another plain cheeseburger. Well, guess what, wrong is cheeseburger #2! By this time my one year old is wanting her cheeseburger. Finally just gave up. Every order but maybe 2 was wrong the entire time we were there and waiting, which was forever! By the time I was finished waiting in the cold trying to get my daughter's cheeseburger situated, my burger was cold and the bun could have been used to fend off a bear! The bathroom was out of order, the trash cans were full and running over. We've given DQ several chances since new ownership and just continue to be let down EVERY TIME! NOT again! Will NOT be back again! Don't waste your...
Read moreIf the new owners know how some of the employees treat the customers, they should be ashamed. A customer should never feel threatened or out of place by the attitude of a public food service employee. Dairy Queen was once a great place but now your lucky to get more than a child serving of fries with an full size meal and as a customer you most likely not be greater with a smile but rather a "what do you want? I'm only here for a pay check attitude." The customers can't help why an employee doesn't enjoy their job as a Dairy Queen worker. Remember people when one has an issue with his/her life, one is the only person that can be motivated enough to fix that issue. Quit putting your problems on other people and do your job like everyone else. I can't blame the new owners but I do that Dairy Queen of Andalusia has definitely changed and will more than likely continue to steer people to...
