Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Andalusia

I don't normally like to put reviews of chain restaurants under my personal reviews, but this one was too horrible not to share. I've had multiple horrible experiences here, but this tops them all.

Literally cannot make this up,.....

Pulled into one of the stalls, immediately was told that they were not able to hear me. Was told there would be someone out there to take my order, waited and waited, no one came.

Went to drive through, was told, AGAIN, that I could not be heard. Practically would've had to scream if it wasn't for me having to open my door halfway and hang out to talk.

I ordered a Medium Vanilla Coke w/ REAL cherry, extra cherries. Even asked to please make sure I did not get syrup. Somehow, she rang it up as diet at first. Had to correct her on that. Then I asked for four, four-piece mozzarella cheese sticks. The price looked really high on the screen, so after ping-ponging back and forth between the order screen and the menu, I realized she rang me up for four 6-piece mozzarella sticks. Literally can hear her huffing and puffing, like as if it's my fault she doesn't have her listening ears today. THEN....I get to the window, clearly can see through the lid that the drink is pink as a pig's nose. I told her I can already tell this is incorrect. Her response, "Well, we always put cherry syrup in it if you ask for cherries." insert big o hekk no face here

We done an online order through the app. Ordered a BOGO on the smasher burgers. Customized one to have NO CHEESE or smasher sauce but add mayo and mustard. Order was delivered 25 minutes after the listed arrival time and came out incorrect on the customized burger. A leader or manager came out to pick up the burger and I went the receipt in with him that detailed what it was NOT to have vs what it was. The burger was delivered back by the same person who I quote said “I remade it fresh myself!” Upon further inspection the burger STILL HAD CHEESE yet looked like it was just a change of the bun. Very dissatisfied experience and it unlikely we will return any time soon because the order was delivered WRONG BOTH TIMES! I have always been a fan of Sonic, especially the one down here, but tonight was the worst experience for me and my family. I had sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for my order. No problem. It was getting busy a little after I had pulled in. I stay maybe 2-3 minutes away and get home to cold and hard burgers. The meat was literally cold and the buns were hard. There was so much ketchup on it I couldn’t see any other condiments! The fries and tots were also cold. No one ate the fries (maybe 4-5 just to curb hunger) and the burgers were bitten off 2-3 times and was sat to the side because they were horrible! I had to try to fix my burger by warming both the buns and meat and adding more mayo as it had practically none on it. I still couldn’t finish it. I had already lost my appetite. I hate we wasted...
