I love camp joy. It's great for group camping without the bustle of having tons of other campers around on other sites because it is pretty private. The single star deduction is for the accommodations they have for restrooms. They are honestly a poor excuse as far as that goes and are in severe need of new ones as they are in pretty poor conditions. In order to use the toilets you practically have to drop trow before closing the door as most likely anyone average size or larger will have their knees touch the doors in sitting position. Parking is limited, and if you book site "A" you must walk all your gear about 600' down to the site. And the camp host will power trip on you for driving down to unload gear, rude as hell.
The bathrooms are a bad joke, and a long walk.
The biting gnats will drive you mad.
And expect a steady stream of kayakers cutting across the side of your site to launch.
There are far too many other places to enjoy outdoor rec to waste your time even considering this lame campsite. Not to mention the springs are Jam packed all summer. NOT WORTH...
