Quality Inn is a horrible hotel first of all. I was there for work this week. I park my truck there across from my hotel room that was hotel room number.111 with coworkers five other engineers that was there in the hotel as well we’re in town to do work at the hospital. My truck was vandalized on Tuesday morning Aug. 13th . I walked outside and check my vehicle like everywhere. I’m located at for work or other purposes. My muffler was ripped 3/4 of the way off and my resonator was damaged on my 2019 Dodge ram as soon as I seen the damage I directly went to the hotel front office, and I spoke to unfriendly unprofessional with a bad attitude the person that worked at the front desk her name was Nikki. She had a bad attitude and very unprofessional. I asked her could she look at the cameras and see what happened through the night she said I need to eat my breakfast , how unprofessional is this? This No Idiot was unbelievable. I asked for the number to the police department and called the police and they was there in 10 minutes to file the police report which is on file and I am pressing charges against the horrible hotel . And this hotel said they seen nothing. (But it was a vehicle park next to my car that wasn’t there when we were in for the night on Monday night )My truck doesn’t get damage by itself , and it did not move nowhere I arrived on Sunday the 11th and didn’t move it until we checked out on Tuesday evening after work, the damage happened on Tuesday morning early doing the night are we hours in the morning while we were sleep, when I walked out of my hotel room at 7:30 to meet my other employees so we can go to the hospital and start our day at work. also, when the police arrived in two OK cars they went to the hotel they asked her could they see the footage and she said I’m busy I get to it when I can. Prior to this happening, the owner and his wife was walking in the parking lot doing steps around the hotel Monday night and Sunday night, but couldn’t be found on Everybody Normal found on Tuesday evening after we return from our job at the hospital and could not be contacted. This is a shady hotel and there was bugs in the room as well. Please do not stay at this hotel, this is a horrible place and horrible management and management will be hearing from my attorney do to my attempted theft of my vehicle to my vehicle. I am a engineer. I work hard for my money with self respect to other people property but this quantity Inn has no sense of caring is this Mgt. and no reliability, but no signs up also saying that they are not reliable who parks in a parking lot. But watch now this happens you’re see signs up stating no reliability. I recorded everything also and walked around the hotel and recorded the outside and inside of the...
Read moreThis place is your typical $100 a room place (these days). It’s not terrible but it’s less than what you hoped or expected.
The floors aren’t super clean, the bed is too soft and they don’t have enough pillows to a room (in their defense there, they actually brought my husband to the storage room with them to check and they literally had no more). A suite is just a normal sized room that has had a partition installed to justify calling it a suite, and what is clearly a motel is now called a hotel.
I wouldn’t have even writing this review if it weren’t for the absolute lack of customer service we got checking out. By lack of, I mean rude and down right passive aggressive (which unfortunately is also becoming the norm). Everyone we dealt with prior to checking out was pleasant and did not act like you were bothering them for doing their job. But Nikki, the woman working the morning shift when we checked out today was downright nasty. We had called for a late check out and were given the okay by staff (not sure if it was Nikki or someone else on the phone, but it was a woman). Check out is 11:00, so late check out would be noon (we clarified on the phone). Went to go check out at noon and am met with a woman having lunch with her son in the lobby. She jumps up and asks how she can help me (no warmth in tone and it just goes down from there…) and I tell her I’m just checking out. She then says she had already checked us out and was not aware we were still there as it has been an hour since check out. I tell her about the late check out and she said she didn’t know. All of this sounds benign when written out, but her tone was rude, passive aggressive, and short. Even if she was frustrated by the fact she wasn’t notified of said late check out, it should not be taken out on the customer. She even yelled something at me as I walked out (didn’t hear what it was). My husband went in to make sure we weren’t going to be charged and was met with the same curtness.
Not the worst stay ever, just be forewarned- if Nikki’s at the desk, you’ll probably be left feeling a little perturbed as she’ll treat you like an...
Read moreThis is a older motel that did a major renovation recently. The room itself looks very nice, but the exterior is still outdated. We stayed here 2 nights for a football game. When we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. We were assigned to one of the room downstairs. Everything was okay till later that night someone check into the room above us. We can hear the people walking every time they took a step including 4am when they used the bathroom. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep. After telling the front desk in the morning of the issue, we were moved to another room upstairs. Things got even worse the that night. Guest staying next door came back to their room drunk at 3am. We can hear every words they are saying. They were not been that loud, but we were waken up thinking someone is talking in our room NOT next door. Hoping they would go to bed soon, we finally gave up and called the front desk at 4am to see she can do something about it. She tried to call the room with no answer. She ended up going to their room ask them to quiet down. We finally got some peace and quiet around 5am. Night clerk apologize about the incidence and said GM will compensate us for the trouble. We check out early in the morning since we have a 6 hours drive home. Morning clerk also apologize for the trouble and also said GM will do something for you when she arrives to work. It has been 4 weeks, and I am still waiting. I think the hotel has done a good job on renovation, but they cut corners on insulation of the room. I do not recommend this property if you are a...
