I recently stayed here with my wife as a part of a package that was graciously donated for a pediatric cancer charity auction by the owner's of Augusta Guest House. We were greeted by the owners during check-in and were given some tips on what to do around town. They were incredibly friendly and you could tell they put a lot of blood sweat and tears into the place. It is a very old building, circa early 1800s, so needless to say, renovations were still ongoing, but only during mid-day. We stayed in the recently-renovated Manhattan Room, which had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Their breakfast and snack room was open 24/7 and guests were encouraged to help themselves to snacks day or night. In terms of location, it is perfectly placed in Augusta. Everything downtown is walkable. It's just a 2 minute walk to the Beehive Tavern for dinner, or about 10 minutes to the distillery. Wi-Fi and Roku TV were also available. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed at the Guest House for a Cousins Reunion and we loved it. Nina was a gracious hostess and the room (#2) was perfect. A comfy king bed, jacuzzi and garden view. One note: There is no ice machine or refrigerator so if you want cold drinks, bring a cooler. We went to the Augusta Pub next door to get ice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guest House and will return.

My wife and I spent a wonderful evening getaway in Augusta to celebrate her birthday and our decision to stay at the Augusta Guest House was a big part of our great time. The building has an incredibly interesting history and the accommodations were excellent. They are still in the midst of a renovation, and some of the public areas are still being worked on, but the rooms themselves are complete and comfortable. We were greeted by the innkeeper who welcomed us warmly and walked us through all of the salient points of our stay. The inn is located just off of Main Street and literally seconds away from many of the key points of interest in Augusta, including shopping and dining destinations. We plan to...

Friendly innkeeper, beautiful property and very comfortable room. This location is convenient to all the sites and locations in Augusta. We stayed two nights for our anniversary weekend. Bed was very comfortable and the property was very quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the property. Breakfast was limited to coffee and muffins but we enjoyed a great breakfast at The General Store just down the block. Sadly our other dining experiences in town were not as enjoyable. Will absolutely plan to return and explore more next summer, and the Augusta Guesthouse will...
