I went with him and we were early and so we waiting in side for the sale person to come. Have been trying to put together an EOS mattress DIY….. would like more info….. but getting someone to call you back is between slim and none….. either business is so great they don’t need more…..or company not around for much longer…..either way…… NO ONE ever calls you back….. 3 times I tried….. hope you have better luck than me……great product….. horrendous customer service……… after speaking with JC….. and figuring out my situation…… I am changing my review to a solid 5…… fantastic response…..helpful in every way….....
