I ordered a QH Congress championship coat from Schneiders. When ordered I was told the coat would arrive in time for the 2022 holiday's. I called 12/16/22 was told the manufacturer was running behind and I would receive an email, I never received an email. We finally received the coat in January 2023. The embroidery work on this coat was absolutely poor quality. The coat lining and leather was caught up in the embroidery and is all bunched up inside the coat. Some of the lettering is barely ledgeable. When you see these coats at the Show they are pristine and for what they cost they should be. I have ordered several of these over the years and this is the only one I've had an issue with. I called on 1/13/23 was asked to email photos I done so that day. On 1/20/23 I emailed asking if the photos were received, I did not receive a response. On 2/6/23 I emailed again asking if the photos were received, I did not receive a response. On 2/6/23 I called and talked with customer service about the situation and the lack of communication, I was told somone would call me back if not the person I was talking to would, I was not contacted by phone or email. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of communication and customer service is inexcusable. Reading the reviews the people that experienced a problem with their order have all had problems with a lack of communication and customer service, that is no way to run a business. Until this is resolved I will take my business elsewhere. And before you reply with the generic phrase of how sorry you are that I experienced this problem, you're not sorry when you keep treating people the way you do. Read moreI purchased an Insta-Hot® 2 Portable Horse Washing System from Schnieder Saddlery on 6/5/2023. I unpacked the boxy on 7/20/2023 and hooked up the system. Water was spraying everywhere. I waited a week for my husband to arrive home and look at it. He agreed it did not work. I boxed it back up. Unfortunately, I work a lot and long hours. I had the day off on 8/30 and I called Schneider Saddlery to get help. They informed me that I would have to take a photo and email it to them. I questioned a photo is not going to show water spraying everywhere so they said they have had problems with these systems in the past and that I should take a video. Then they would have the manufacturer reach out to me. When I explained I had it boxed up and that I was not going to carry it back down to the barn and hook it up and take a video, they said then they could not help me. I BOUGHT SOMETHING BRAND NEW. IT SHOULD LAST MORE THAN TWO MONTHS. THE COMPANY I BOUGHT IT FROM SHOULD HANDLE REPAIR ISSUES WITH THE MANUFACTURER. Instead they gave me the phone number for the manufacture. After going through the manufactures lengthy phone system it tells me I have to log online to schedule a call back. BUT the recoding does not give you the website. I google the phone number to find the company name and do an online chat to get the email address for the company. Originally planned to mount tank to wall but that changed when I realized my plumber messed with the spigot and needed new one relocated to a different part of garage where I couldn’t mount unit. I needed the cart that was offered initially in the bundle. I asked if I could have the cart at bundle price as I had not even used the unit yet. Customer service did not obtain a response while I waited on phone. I therefore sent an email asking if I could have store credit on bundle price from what I paid at full price on cart and was told no. Disappointed that after another bad review from someone else thinking the unit came with the cart, company addressed review with customer calling and would give cart at bundled price. I seen this review before making my purchase and thought well that was good customer service so hopefully they would understand my situation and provide a credit. Nope- they apparently pick and choose the customer they want to help. I should have sent everything back seemingly I don’t live too far from their warehouse and having spent close to 1k on everything just to bathe my dogs. I decided to keep it all but they lost a customer d/t poor customer service.
