Great location! Dated, yes, but provides all the necessities. It's funny how we in America are so spoiled to call this place "average" when it would be considered luxury in other countries we have visited.

We're here during COVID restrictions and they seem to be doing their best to hold things together, but some things are odd, such as the tennis courts being locked up and pool closing at 5. Maybe hire a teenager to clean between reserved swim times so you can stay open until 9 or 10?

Yes, it would be more clean if my wife was doing the cleaning but if I were cleaning, it's fine.

Congrats for figuring out a system for contact-free check-in. I encourage others to take the time in advance to fill out the paperwork and email it. Yes, it takes some extra time in advance but it's worth it. Have patience. It doesn't have to be difficult.

I love being able to walk across the street with my coffee for quiet time in the early morning and then sunsets over Mt. Washington are absolutely stunning.

The sound of the Conway Scenic railroad blowing it's horn at the nearby crossing feels nostalgic. We look forward to riding it with our grandchildren each time we are in the area.

Yes, 4 stars, but it would easily be 5 with updated television screens mounted on moveable arms so the whole room can watch, some fresh paint and a few updates.

The location is 5 The setup of the large, 3-story units is a 3 only because the master bedroom has a queen (maybe full-sized?) bed and the bathroom is pretty dingy. Gas grills at each unit and outside furniture at each unit is very nice, 5 stars there.

The improvements are vast since our stay at this resort maybe 20 years ago!

7/2021 - we're back for more with four resort units all within 3 miles for a family reunion week. Large units provide all the room we need.

We are frequently disappointed when trying to use our timeshare but we were pleasantly surprised this trip!||We skied for a the week near North Conway, and this condominium is centrally located near Attitash, Wildcat and Cranmore, among others.||We were delighted to receive a private cottage with 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a hall half bath. The unit had a full small kitchen, dining room, livingroom with fireplace, washer/dryer. No sharing walls with neighbors!| |The main building has a pool and gameroom which we did not use, so I can't comment about those amenities.||Don't get me wrong - this unit is clearly dated, but it is functional and tidy, not fancy. There's older carpet throughout (including on the step to the whirlpool tubs!?!) but plenty of space for two couples or a family to enjoy. The TV's were neither sophisticated nor smart, with fair wi-fi, but it worked.||The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker (drip), with a small basket of goods to get you started (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, plastic bags, clean towels/oven mitts).||Would definitely return any time of year as a home base to enjoy this...

I truly wish I could give this resort 5 stars! Their exceptional customer service really makes up for many of the deficiencies of the resort. Anything we needed was promptly addressed and they were extremely friendly!! The only issue with this resort is it is in need of a makeover. The rooms felt like they were straight out of the late 1980s / early 90s. The beds each come with 1 miserable flat pillow, but they did give us extras when we requested them. When we stripped the beds in the room with the 2 twins we were not happy to see both mattresses had giant urine stains. The rooms are in desperate need of modernization. The game room is good on a rainy day just be sure you have quarters on you:) The gym is terrible, carpets are stained, equipment is falling apart and gym weights are rusting. You also feel like you walk through a haunted labyrinth to get to it. I really hope they reinvest some money into bringing the resort into this century and it will become great. Normally, I would have given a place like this a low star review, but like I said, their customer service was too good for...
