Subway — Restaurant in Conway

I came to this subway Friday, 8/13/21. It was 11:25 am when I walked in. I was with a group of 5 people, 6 sandwiches to order. While directly in the middle of our order the employee stated they were out of ham. Jokingly a couple people in my group made jokes about it, instantly William the manager, very rudely says “well it’s so busy and nobody told you all to come to my valley” then proceeded to scream at 2 people in our group for being on the phone. Then he skipped over the rest of my group to go on to the next customers order. Another employee noticed and proceeded to make the last sandwich of our order. It sat on the counter for 2 minutes while William just stood there giving me a death glare. Then he proceeded to pick it up, throw it in the trash, and then wait another couple minutes before making us aware we couldn’t order. I stated I would be contacting corporate and William began yelling at me that he was the manager, then informed me I had to leave. So I did, and then was followed by William from subway to about 15 minutes down the street, all while screaming at me, chasing me, threatening me, and informing me I was going to get beat up. I told him to not come anywhere near me, and he proceeded to try and get close to my face. Absolutely so unprofessional and beyond disrespectful. I order same sub all the time no matter which subway . From 9 grain honey oat to oat but always on the oat I get sweet onion chicken not toasted but meat heated . American cheese with spinach ,pickles , olives and onions then the sauce over the veggies . While ordering the female working asked sweet onion sauce before veggies I said I usually get it on my veggies she said well here it's bread or nothing I said WOW I always get it on veggies she said it will run out the edges and all over the wrapper . So bread or nothing . I guess it's bread then . Which after taking the sandwich to go and I got back to hotel ot was soggy and gross . I brought it up to next subway I went to and they said we are tought to put sauces last thats why they are on the serving table . So this subway attendant needs a refresher course and told if customer wants sauce on veggies do it , if customer wants it on bread do it , of they want meat sauce veggies sauce cheese sauce you do it . People buying subs let's them have jobs . If we didn't eat subs then there wouldn't be no...

Have to give this long time Subway location across from the White Mountains viewing stop (great bathrooms!) a harsh review since the day we stopped, they only had one overworked employee and the ovens were on the fritz so no toasting and cold bacon etc.

Lettuce was browning. If all the prep was being done by one employee, quality probably suffered.

Everyone in line felt bad for the one employee who had to battle the line as well as take online orders which kept coming in. A place like this shouldn't open without a minimum of two employees me thinks.

There is a new foundation next door - perhaps this store will be moving over to a new location - one can only hope.
