I had the absolute best experience here. The computer in my car broke and had to be replaced. After the computer was replaced I needed to have my pats system reset for the "mykey" in my car. I was told I was going to have to have it hauled to a Ford dealer to have it fixed and would cost upwards of 500 dollars. I found out about lock and safe and called him. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE!!!!!!! I ONLY PAID 270 DOLLARS He was very professional, nice, and very understanding. Fast forward a week and I need a second key so here I am and he's doing it just for the charge of the key. Best place ever....

I got into an absolute pickle where my car autolocked when I shut my trunk even though my keys were in the trunk. I had called AAA and they couldn't help me get to my keys along with an officer. I called and spoke to Molly, she went above and beyond to help get my keys out of my trunk. She was way more helpful than 99.99% of the people that work in customer care. She truly cares in making you or a friend that's locked out feel like there's hope!...

I called this morning to see if they could help me as we lost our car key in the snow. The woman I spoke with was extremely kind and timely with her responses. She had a full day but said she would be able to squeeze me in this afternoon. Although I did not end up needing a key made (we found ours), I still felt like our situation was handled with professionalism, compassion and handled quickly.
