WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY HERE** MY FAMILY AND I HAVE SHOPPED AT THIS GIFT SHOP EVERY YEAR EXCEPT FOR LAST YEAR DUE TO COVID FOR ABOUT THE PAST 5 YEARS. We returned today excited to shop however our experience was incredibly unpleasant. As I waited in line the cashier rushed me and the other members of My party by saying things like "come on somebody just come on up here and check out". Some of us were still browsing but since I was ready I went up to the counter and set all of my items down. As she was ringing up my order my mother noticed that two of the shirts were something she wanted to buy for her grandkids. So she politely asked the cashier if she could back out the two T-shirts so that she could pay for them separately. The cashier responded with a very sharp and impolite "no. They are at the beginning of the transaction." Now I haven't even handed the cashier my debit card so there was no reason she couldn't have removed the two shirts from the order. At this point, my mother asked"well could you at least just let me know what the price is?" The cashier then responded "I'll give you the receipt." She finished ringing up my items and told me the total ... about $120. I was very irritated with my experience so I told her"you know what I don't want any of it you can keep it all you're very rude" The cashier who I am assuming is the owner of this gift shop responded by just saying"okay you all have a nice day" I had three others with me in my party that were going to purchase about another $275 worth of goods. The cashier did not seem to care didn't even offer to check them out so we all just left our items right there and walked out. We will never spend any of our money here ever again. But thank you for saving me $120 as now I will spend it at another shop with polite people like zeb's in...

Stopped in here and immediately the woman working the register was exceptionally rude to my family, informing us the store was closing in 29 minutes (we were aware and had NO intention of holding up closing time), should have walked out, but a couple of things I wanted to pick up before we leave tomorrow (we come here every year, but will never return to this shop). The same rude woman than proceeded to leave us waiting for her at the register for several minutes, while she was fully aware we were waiting… my son and his friend are in their early 20’s and her hostility appeared as soon as...

I was a little bit hesitating before going to this shoppe based on the online reviews. But I was very happy that I DID go. The merchandise in the shoppe was no nice and unique that I didn't find in any other places in the White Mountain area.

And the price is so reasonable! I bought three shirts and two pendants. The total cost is $70. Similar products costed me over $110 in the information center. I was very satisfied.

The clerk was also very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat. I enjoyed the shopping experience. Next time I come back to White Mountains, this place will be on my...

I love the whimsy of this repurposed bridge, which houses a charming gift shop. They offer a wide variety of garden and house flags, as well as New Hampshire souvenirs and decorative items for your home. You can also grab a sweatshirt and perhaps find a new piece of jewelry. Even if you visit just to browse, it’s worth the trip. This historical bridge shop has a little bit of everything!

The older lady working in the shop was an absolute doll! I picked up a pair of flannel pajama pants because it was quite cold at night. She was funny and engaging. If you don’t really need anything, stop at the store for her. She was an absolute delight!

I loved this store, I found the selection of items here to be more unique and of a better quality than some of the more touristy shops in the area and the prices were very reasonable. I deducted 1 star based on the small parking area.
