This motel advertises $39.99 as the standard rate. But they also charge a $5 key deposit bringing your total to $50. Their sign also mentions continental breakfast, which isn't available. My room had no phone, but I was able to obtain one from the front desk. A trash can and basic toiletries were missing as well. Once I decided to call it a night, I noticed there was only 1 actual pillow, the second was a throw pillow from who knows where. The fluorescent light above the bed was somehow clinging to the fixture, and when I attempted to properly install the bulb, I noticed sparking. There was no way to lock the door from the inside, which I find to be a potential danger considering my toddler was able to open the door with little effort. And the door handle itself was just a complete wreck. You could see completely outside the room. It was below freezing for overnight temperature and the heater continuously shut off, only blowing cool air for a short time. The bathtub was disgusting and all fixtures were falling off completely. Dresser drawers were broken and falling to the floor if touched at all. Side table drawer was missing completely.

If I weren't in a situation to be needing somewhere at the immediate moment, I would have never paid to stay here.

The housekeeper was rude and disrespectful and professional she refused to clean my room for me that I had to rent it he made me wait till she got off work at 8:00 p.m. before she would even give me towels or toilet paper she would not even come clean the room up she was very unprofessional and honestly I really believe that her boss would be better off and his business would be better off if she was fired because she refuses to do her job I mean what the f* is he paying her to do meaning am I wrong for saying that I think she should be fired because she refuses to do what she's paid to do and I sit and have to come rent a room at a motel and have to clean up my own room and have to wait till after 8:00 p.m. when the housekeeping lady gets off work before I can even get my towels in my toilet paper no one of our rent a room at a motel should be able to come and relax and not have to clean up my room or have to ask the housekeeping lady from towels and toilet paper and for her to come clean the room up I should not have to be made to wait till after 8:00 p.m. when the housekeeping lady gets off work before I can even get towels or toilet paper that's f* up and...

Typically not the type of person to complain about places I stay, but this motel is absolutely disgusting. You can physically feel how dirty the floors are. Carpeted, and yet slightly sticky... the electrical wiring is most certainly not up to code. Outlets sticking out of the wall, a mess of cords sitting on a shelf sticking out of the wall. Lamps attached to the wall right above the head of the bed. Doors do not latch. You can open them just by pushing on them, not even using a key card. We had to bolt the door and shove a chair in front of the door just to make sure someone sleezy didn't break in. One of the chairs in the room is completely broken, the bathroom is dirty and the toilet looks to be falling apart. All the beams holding up the ceiling are cracked, the laminate flooring in the second half of the room is coming up, and There's graffiti on the inside of the door. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, and honestly someone needs to call the health...
