This motel is a really great value!! For the price, it is clean comfortable, no wild animals, rodents, or bugs! Very friendly owners/service! Even though it has the easy access being right beside interstate 30, it is surprisingly quiet! The beds are very comfortable! Good cable TV channels to watch. Also if you had to, I heard someone say they had a really affordable weekly rate. There is a convenience store about 1/2 a block down the street that has about anything you could want. My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. It is our go to in Benton. The rooms are always clean, the owners are super friendly and helpful. Never have had a problem or a bad experience. For the price you absolutely cannot beat it. The rooms are comfortable, and have all the amenities needed. Tv, wifi, heat.
