I stayed at this hotel that will be changing to an ihg hotel which is very exciting. I can't wait until all the renovations is complete. Very excited for that. I'm Originally from Bluffton. Thinking about moving back in the very near future . I myself a holiday inn express front desk employee been it the hospitality field for 13 years. And know the ins and out with Ihg . Which my loyalty in the ihg brand. I will not choose any brand but ihg . Is my loyal brand. The staff are awesome. No issues ever at check in . I gave 5 stars bc they are changing brands and everything thing about the hotel is very good and they are doing a wonderful job. Thank you staff and thank you manager and thank you to the owner . 😊 keep up the great work...

We traveled from west of St Louis MO for a band competition in Toledo. We chose Bluffton Inn & Suites for the proximity to Toledo, the free breakfast, and the large parking lot. We had no idea the quality and hospitality we would be offered!! Toni was fantastic to work with our very large group - from dealing with room changes, to extra late arrivals - she and her staff could not have been more accommodating and professional. Our kids were well fed in the mornings with a hearty breakfast. The rooms were spacious, freshly remodeled from soft goods to shower tiles - everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for you hospitality! We hope to stay here again in the future, should we travel to BOA...

I enjoyed my stay over a weekend in this hotel. The breakfast was average for a smaller hotel. I was not bothered by the renovations at all, which I was surprised by this. My only complaint about this hotel would be that the AC unit in our room was very inconsistent. We had it set to 65 our entire stay but sometimes the room would be really hot and other times it would be really cold. Overall the room was clean and the staff were nice. I would stay at this hotel again because of its short...
