I stopped in to get 2 sandwiches for $5 each and they said I had to do it online, so I sat in there and went on line to put my order in. My order was not going through correctly so I asked them what I should do? They said go download it and then try it! so I tried to download it and it wouldn't download... all I wanted was 2 sandwiches... then I went back in to see what I could do and if they could help me. Read moreThis is the worst subway I have ever visited from a customer service standpoint. Most recent poor experience was 7/1. On that day I ordered subs from the app. I was charged, headed to subway. I get there around 8:30 p.m. The store is closed. Hours posted as open until 9. No sign on the door. I'm frustrated, but figure that I won't be charged. WRONG. They charged me and now I am left to dispute it with my credit card, because I cannot get ahold of Subway corporate. And the phone numbers listed for this subway do not work.

Read moreThe restaurant was clean and that's the only good part about it, asking for extra black olives wasn't a wise choice because the girl put two fist fulls on, then piled pickles in the middle of the sandwich instead of spreading them, when I asked for mayo it was the same thing, all in the middle and when I asked for some on the edges, it was over dramatic, asked for a light amount of vinaigrette and it was over done as well.
