Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bluffton

Placed an online order at 9:00 a.m.. I was then told at the drive-thru that someone overslept and they did not have food prepared. I went back at 10:30 to pick up my order and they informed me that breakfast was not being served today. They asked me if I knew how to cancel my order online, which is usually quite simple. However, they processed the order and charged my card anyway, making me unable to cancel the order. Now I'm out the money for the order, and the reward I used for a free taco. I asked them how to resolve this issue and they simply told me to get a hold of corporate. I've had multiple accuracy issues with this location, and their menu is more expensive than other area. Taco Bells. You're better off going to Wendy's , McDonald's, or Arby's.

Update: After contacting corporate I was able to get a refund for my breakfast the other day but I'm still out the free breakfast taco reward. I made the mistake of going back to the same Taco Bell today, October 29th. I figured that I would cash in my free taco for the world series stealing a base promotion. I ordered a crunchy taco fresco style. The guy had to come out and ask me what fresco meant. After informing him that it means no cheese add tomato, he said okay and went back and made my taco. I got in my car and opened it up to find that it was missing lettuce. see picture... I was literally their only customer in the store at the time. I really like Taco Bell but this...

We just left less than 10 minutes ago but I have to brag about the service and quality of the food. Before we get home. We had the pleasure of meeting the District Manager, Matthew. I told my man before we even got our food that you could tell he was a top notch quality manager. We chatted about different towns in ohio for a couple minutes. Everyone deserves a manager/boss with that type of ease and professionalism. 111*'s to Matthew. Glad we got to meet you today.

The food was so fresh and fast, my shell had the perfect warm crunch, juicy beef, cold and crisp af lettuce, and cheese that never got to melt. The rice and beans and potato things with nacho cheese tasted better than other stores. Like, the rice was cooked perfectly (I've been getting Goldilocks rice that's either hard in the middle or so over cooked the grain bursted a lot lately). This might sound weird to you but I can tell that they clean their soda machines really really well regularly(I also happen to clean one a few times a week and you can tell when lazy people do it or when it isn't done regularly). The entire establishment was SO clean. I'm glad the one we were going to go to was closed and we came here.

Went through drive thru today at 4:45 pm. I ordered the burrito supreme combo with Crunchy taco supreme and large pepsi. Added 2 cheese roll ups and a burrito. After getting food I notice they did not give me the taco supreme. Got back in drive thru lane and waited patiently. When I got to window I explained what was missing. Then the attitudes started. Another lady tossed a bag at me and said have a good day. After looking at what she through, it was a soft taco. I waited paitiently, a guy opened window and I stated I had ordered a crunchy taco supreme and she gave me soft. He later came back and said here is your crunchy supreme have a good day but in a snarky tone.

My issue is why are they so rude when they are the ones messing up the orders??. Such a shame that they act like entitles little children here at this location.

They need training. They don't know what ingredients go on burrito supreme. They only use beans lettuce...
