I'm only giving this two stars because the owner/manager was actually helpful. I've stayed at several Days Inn before, and I've never seen one so run down. When I checked in, the older lady was sweet, but she needed the assistance of the younger lady to check me in. Fine. The younger lady came along and completed the check in, she said I hadn't paid. Confused, I said "Ok let me check" as I had been double charged in the past before by a different hotel, and I usually pay up front. As I'm looking for the transaction, she rudely says "You know I've done this a lot and I can tell you that the room isn't paid". I said "Ok well I'm going to verify anyway on my end if that's ok?". I hadn't, that was on me, I authorized the transaction. As I'm waiting for my key, the women are arguing about which rooms are clean and which are not. At this point, I'm starting to get a little frustrated, I've been driving for 12 hours and just want the room I booked. I finally receive the key and go into the room. It was two twin beds, I asked for a single bed. I told the younger front desk woman, she said "Well that's all we have" and I said "Well that's not what I reserved, I'd like a refund." She proceeded to argue with me about obtaining a refund. The owner/manager came up and then offered me a different room with the single bed I requested, shutting the younger woman up. I went into the room, it was filthy. There was piss on the toilet with pieces of corn in it, the sink had hairs and pubes on it, the floor definitely had not been vacuumed, there were pubes in the sheets, there was a fly zooming around, it was so gross. I came out for a third time, the younger woman was nowhere to be seen. The elder lady and the owner/manager offered me a king room, she checked it for me, and then provided me with the key. This new room was much more clean and reasonable, smelt better too. This experience was pretty stressful, they could definitely clean and get rid of the lady with the attitude. Owner/manager and elder lady were very nice...

This is getting a star because it is the ONLY hotel in Booneville that will allow a large greater than 100 pound dog, gentle giant. Checked in, front desk clerk was on his cell phone, never hung up. I asked for dog friendly room. Barely told us where room was located and offered no more information. Settled in room only to discover it smelled like smoke, had stale beer in the bottom of the trash can and water to toilet was turned off. Turned on water to toilet and discovered it had been turned off because it wouldn’t stop running. Went to desk to request new room. Settled into new room. Found tv remote had been chewed up. Took remote to desk because we didn’t want them to think our gentle giant was the chewing party. Front desk clerk no where to be found. Left remote. Later discovered only way to turn Tv off was unplug it, may have had something to do with remote I left at the desk.

Fast forward to morning… go to front desk to explain I had left remote, was basically chastised and told there was no problem as clerk said she didn’t know my name, nor what room I was in. She also didn’t ask. I was however asked if I paid $20 pet fee. I told her they had my cc and I had requested a pet friendly room and clerk had physically seen 100+ pound dog and I had booked through the Bring Fido app. I definitely didn’t try to sneak said gentle giant into a room. Dog and I sat in lobby for a while having a cup of coffee and morning clerk eventually warmed up to him and brought him treats.

Bright side, there was plenty of green space to walk dog.

Would I recommend this hotel? Only if you have zero other options. Will we stay here again? Probably because there are no...

When you walk in the front the lobby is so hot and humid! We booked online and requested a crib, the website said they had cribs available. They did not. Tried to up charge for an extra bed. Get to our room and we had 2 bath towels. The towel they put on the side of the tub for the floor was nasty. The bottom of the tub had cracked at some point and looks like they had tried to seal it. It was in fact not sealed. The crack moves when any weight is on it and pinches you. The sheet on the bed was nassssstttyyy!! Dried nasty on the sheet bed side down. I went to get a new sheet and blanket and when I was waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes I was miserably hot. The bathroom is gross. There is no cover over the light fixture just wires and spider webs. The toilet paper holder was detached from the wall and rusted. The biggest concern was the latch lock at the top of the door didn’t work properly. We had to figure out a way to fix it to keep locked. It is super noisey throughout the night. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom and the sheet on the bed were so bad. Glad the place is next to food options so we didn’t have to eat the breakfast that was out. The fruit was not in the best condition and after how the bathroom was and the sticky counters at the lobby I wouldn’t want to use the stuff out. When we checked in the two guys at the front were speaking in a different language instead of assisting people checking in. Pretty unprofessional.

We assumed since it was with Wyndham it would be to their standards. It was not. Wouldn’t recommend...

Absolutely Disgusting Stay – Avoid at All Costs I would give this place zero stars if I could. Our room at the Days Inn in Boonville was in horrible condition from the moment we walked in. The chair was ripped wide open, exposing the wooden frame and springs—completely unusable and dangerous. The mattress was visibly dirty, and the bed had a giant hair right in the middle of it, clearly showing the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom was even worse: mold in the corners, rust on fixtures, and signs of water damage on the walls and ceiling. There were random test patches of paint all over the walls, and the peeling paint from the furniture made it look like it had been salvaged from a junkyard. We immediately asked the front desk to move us to another room, but they claimed they were fully booked. For three straight days, they refused to issue a refund or acknowledge how unacceptable the conditions were. To make matters worse, we were left stranded at midnight after traveling all day, trying desperately to find another room. We ended up having to drive an additional forty minutes just to find a place that was safe and clean to sleep. Even after all this, the hotel manager admitted that the room was not acceptable—but still insisted on charging us for one night. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This hotel should not be allowed to operate in its current state. It’s unsanitary, unsafe, and the customer service is appalling. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I spent one night in this hotel and sadly I will have to write that it will be my one and only. As someone that travels frequently I see all types and qualities of hotels and accommodations. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and polite that's about where the positives end. The room was clean at first glance then you got into the details. - Bathroom door knob nearly falling off - Sketchy Light fixture in the restroom completely covered in dust bunnies (yes bunnies!) - Our (2) queen bed room was actually (2) Doubles -The beds are on a lightweight "tin" frame that sounded like a gong being hit every time you move whether it be an inch or getting up. - The sheets also did not fit either bed and appeared like they were going to shoot off at any moment. - The flooring was floating and had wide deep gaps that could trip a child or elderly person. Not to mention they are filled with dirt. - TV would not operate. Just gave spinning wheel of demise. (signal) - Not to nitpick the room was painted dark blue and had dark furniture that was in disrepair making the room and restroom feel tighter than it was. I would not recommend booking this hotel unless you truly just need a bed and shower. I waited and booked day of arrival for $70 instead of the $99 it was listed for beforehand.

Staff was very friendly upon check in however when I found a bed bug on my pillow the housekeeper said I probably brought it in from outside, which I guess I could have but I'd only been to their hotel so I brought it into my room from that hotel. While crying about the situation (I was so scared I'd being bugs home to my house) the housekeeper said I just needed to toss my stuff into the dryer so instead of sleeping until check out I had to check out early to go to the laundromat down the road to debug my own belongings. The issue was not escalated and I still paid for a room with bedbugs. I would have pushed the issue but I was too upset and still crying by time I got all my stuff shoved into large garbage bags provided by housekeeping. I'll be calling later to see if I can get the room charge reversed and I will update my review accordingly. Shower had a used bar of soap on the upper ledge by the shower head, toilet was not attached to the floor so it wobbled everytime I used it and there is a lot of dirt in the corners. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast consists of a waffle, old fruit, and other sugary items. Lots of parking and close to highway.
