Let me preference by saying we loved the food here that was always great. However, customer service is Awful. we went to ring out and told them we didn’t finish our pitcher (we poured the second glasses but didn’t drink them) because we had no alcohol in our margarita pitcher and only realized it by the time we were practically done eating and had had a glass to be able to tell and taste that there truly wasn’t any alcohol in it. We poured the second glass thinking maybe it’s in the bottom, took a sip realized it didn’t have alcohol either so we decided we weren’t going to stick around to drink another whole tall glass of just strawberry syrup. So, when we rang out we asked if we could get a discount of the price of pitcher for them not adding the alcohol, and they were just extremely hateful and awful we got called liars as if it was just so impossible that they could have messed up. We had no problem with them saying no to discounting it, that’s fine, it was getting called liars and told they never forget the alcohol and mess up that was frustrating. We’ve gone there a lot and it was our preferred Mexican place in town but not anymore. we’ve never complained before and this is how he acts the first time we have an issue there is just ridiculous. he had no reason to not believe us, it’s not like we have said that in the past when we got margaritas, and call me a liar that it had alcohol and say i didn’t leave a full glass on the table of margarita mix 🙄 seriously, Just save yourself the trouble and go to LA HA instead where they add the alcohol to your beverages, and if they don’t ,and end up making an understandable human error, at least they don’t accuse you of lying, and they aren’t rude and hateful. la ha actually is appreciative of your business and of you as...
Read moreWe used to go there every week, if not a couple times because we enjoyed the resturant. This last time I got food with a hair wrapped up around AND IN the quesadilla (absolutely no way it could’ve been mine to get inside it since I did not cook it) after I’ve already taken two bites on the opposite side, the waiter said he would get us a new one and was very apologetic. We had no issues. But then the owner came out (which wasn’t needed since it was handled) and stated that it was my moms hair EVEN THOUGH it wasn’t even her food and she had ONLY touched my plate AFTER I saw the hair and then showed her. I had then let him know we didn’t want another one which he argumentatively stated that they already fixed another one. Then proceeded to still charge us, to save confrontation we STILL paid for the quesadilla. We would’ve been coming back because one bad experience that WAS corrected wouldn’t ruin it (the waiter was amazing at how he handled the situation) but then once the owner called us a liars basically and the horrible attitude, and no accountability as a restaurant owner, we will...
Read moreMe, my husband and grandson went in for an early dinner. We seated ourselves, the girl across the room held up 3 fingers and I said yes. Didn't want a booth so I picked a table and we sat down. The owner/manager came over and said I have a table for 4. (I chose a table with 6 chairs). I said that's ok I'm good. Then he said "I'm not it's a table for 6!). I turned and looked at my husband and he said do you think you're going to have 6 people come in together? They didn't seat us so I picked where I wanted to set. The restaurant had about 3 other tables with customers and had other tables for 6. I came very close to getting up and waking out. The servers were nice, the food came out pretty quickly. The food was average, portions small and pricey. We spent $50 plus and left angry. One group of 4 came in the entire time we were there. We won't go back, we'll return to La Hacien where our business is appreciated with better...
