Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone within this company is rotten and smug. They act as if they can do and say or act however they want to their own customers. And Susan whomever you are should be fired, the audacity you have of speaking to a customer as if you can do know wrong. I see from other reviews that I’m not alone.
