In response to Rebecca/Becky’s response, you are totally speaking untruths or in other words flat out lying. 1) We were not advised of any fee for the theatre room. We were told it was a first come first serve basis, otherwise we would have paid any fee required to use the facilities. 2) We were not advised of any site lock-in fees because we would have gladly paid this fee as we are accustomed to paying other more professional upscale resorts to guarantee site locations. 3) Regarding leaving the room in disarray, we asked Rebecca for a mop to help ensure we left the room in the same condition it was in when we entered since it was raining. We took the liberty of taking pictures and making a video of the condition of the room before we left. Anyone interested in seeing these pictures and video, they will be posted on our DFW RV CAMPERS website.||||Maybe you should revisit your policy regarding large groups, since your location appears to be suitable for long extended stays only.||||Our group - DFW RV CAMPERS stayed at Hardy's Resort over the weekend. We contacted Rebecca (Becky) Rodriguez to block off several sites for our group. She was not very friendly or forth coming with information. Our group of roughly 80 RVs, decided to still give this location a chance although the customer service provided by Becky wasn't a good experience so we decided to block off 8-10 sites for this visit before booking the entire group of 80 RVs. We stayed in contact with Becky to ensure our reservations were being captured and also to confirm our site numbers reserved. We start noticing that serval site numbers although paid in full had changed without noticed and one camper was even booked in two different sites for the same stay. Instead of Becky apologizing for the mix up, she made us feel as though it was our fault that one person was showing booked in two different sites. We also learned that two different campers were booked in the same site number. Although our group called to book reservations directly with Becky, instead of apologizing for the mix up, Becky again blamed our group. Needless to say, our group wanted to cancel all together after trying to work with Becky but opt to still stay the weekend since we had decided not to book again for the entire group of 80 Rvs to come back to Hardy's Resort. We asked if there was a fee for early check-in and Becky's response was, it depends if the person is nice to her. As some of our members were checking in on Thursday, April 3rd, Becky was over heard telling one of the permanently residents to be careful this weekend because there was a rowdy group-DFW RVers coming for the weekend. So not only is she unprofessional but she also attacked our character by making us out to be a rowdy group. We are professional business people who loves to camp on the weekend. We're lawyers, doctors, accountants and nurses, just to name a few of our professions. Becky is the face that is representing Hardy's Resort RV Park and has caused the lost of repeated business from DFW RV CAMPERS. Our group has received personal calls from resort owners, requesting our group to come back for another visit. Rowdy groups don't get invites to come back again. No thanks to you, Becky, we will...

Read moreI have traveled for work across the country for the last 2 years, and have stayed at over 10 RV resorts, and I have never met a park manager as unfriendly and unwelcoming as Becky. The owner and manager cater to Aggie game renters and treat others like garbage. Becky is well known throughout the area for her difficult temperament and dictator-like management style. The rules that I signed for and agreed to were consistently changed with no explanation. For example, one day Becky decided dog pens could no longer go on grass. After her consistently inspecting my site and telling me where I could put it, she put out a message that they had to be taken down. When I asked for clarification, she simply yelled at me, "Comply!" and sped off in her golf cart. She tries to find problems and gossips incessantly about tenants, creating drama amongst the park. I caught her many times inspecting my site to look for things to be upset about that were not in the rules, and it would be followed by rude texts from her with demanded correction. I was dumbfounded by how she would speak to me throughout my stay there, with rude and ebrasive comments. The park is beautiful, but overrun with fire ants. The owners allow Becky to behave poorly and will not intervene. Many renters have tried to speak to them about issues with Becky and they refused to listen or act. If you are a long-term renter, don't bother with this park...unless you are a man. It's amazing how drastically different she would treat my ex-husband and I. Oh, and the owner, who is married, asked me to get dinner and drinks with him. Also when a repairman who was working for the park was found stealing from one of the park members, nothing was done. This place is a straight disaster. Will never return. Update: the owner's response to my review is exactly what I am talking about. I never left my dogs outside unattended and have never left dog feces outside. Saying that I let my site turn into a mobile home park is just a sad attempt to deflect from the real issues here and never was my site unseenly or unkept. Three dogs were agreed upon before I moved in so that's null and void. There is no end to what this place will do to excuse poor behavior and management. Also, I was not asked to leave. The lies continue. It's simply embarrassing and incredibly unprofessional the deceit they continue to spread in order...
