Brusea by the beach — Hotel in Camuy

I contact host Armando on Monday to ask if I could short my stay because I was tired of killing cockroaches and it was hard to sleep because the music of the restaurant next door is on and loud until 2 am. He responded, and quote “ I was about to call you”then he went ahead and accused me of loud noises until late in the morning, which is hysterical since you can’t sleep in the place until like 2 am that the music and cars of the restaurant shuts down. I tried to explain that I could guarantee him, as an Multiple Sclerosis patient I need to be in bed by 10pm because of my medication, to what he interrupted me with a completely raging voice and responded “you can guarantee me nothing, I am the owner of this place…” ( Which he is not, lol) I ask to just leave and he answered “do whatever you want, call Airbnb I am in a meeting” Then he post on my profile a review telling me he asked me “politely” to “keep it down for other guests”, worth to mention the place was empty the last night we stayed. If this is his idea of “politely” I think he should take a look back to his behavior and the way he addresses guest. This men Should not be a host. He almost ruined my “birthday and relaxation time” my husband booked for me after I went through a stroke, an embolism and diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis. Thank goodness for our new hostess Xavier & Elizabeth and Rich & Lisette that allowed us to stay on their properties and saved the week.
