Backyard Açai — Restaurant in Camuy

This place have been establish by one of the bodyboarding legends of Puerto Rico. He provides job opportunities and flexible schedule for young bodyboarding athletes. I could say that they have the most artistic açai bowls on the whole island and I can tell this by experience. The environments is very soul and fresh. I do recommend jacket or something to cover yourself during breezy nights. They serve fast even on Sundays. Sundays is one of their busiest day and even those days you can feel comfortable. Prices for this artistic bowls are more than fair enough. They treat ppl with courtesy and respect. Don't think twice about asking for ingredients like hemp seeds, spirulina and other special super food because I believe they have it all. But in the main menu is not that obvious that they have all super food ingredients. I extra recommend it even if you have to deviate from the highway to this place just for açai... perfect to spend a good time talking with friends with moderate and good...

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Backyard Acai in Camuy, Puerto Rico and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and the customer service was unparalleled. I want to give a special shout-out to Carlos and the Owner, who went above and beyond to make our experience at the restaurant and our entire vacation unforgettable.

But the real star of the show was the food - specifically, the acai bowls. They were absolutely wonderful and hands down the best acai I've ever had, not just in Puerto Rico but in the entire country or world. The bowls were beautifully presented and tasted even better than they looked. The smoothies were great also, especially the Fresca Colada.

I highly recommend Backyard Acai to anyone looking for a great meal and an even better experience. With delicious food and top-notch service, this is a must-visit spot in Camuy. Thanks again to Carlos and the entire team at Backyard Acai for making our trip...
