Crown Inn — Hotel in Carrollton

Never in my life going back,felt so uncomfortable,people hanging out in hallways,nasty bedding,customer service was rude ass hell,will bust in your room when you suggest you don't need service,my girl was getting dressed and she told them no no service to were I know they understand what no mean and housekeeping guy and lady still opened door,there really nosy don't even properly clean room right.front desk is so so rude.will NEVER go bck and honestly wouldn't recommend no one else either.and the rooms have a weird strong smell like mildew or leakage somewhere.Only great thing was the t.v and cable.I dnt even think they change the soap bars and their towels were dingy.im serious.sorry but so true I left the same night.please...

Pretty scummy motel and the owners are no better. They had no problem letting someone into my room that didn't have a key nor were they listed as a guest in the room and didn't think to stop this person from stealing every single thing i owned in the room. At least this is what must have happened if they themselves didn't take my belongings. My car was also broken in to and someone attempted to steal it by shoving a screw driver into my steering column. Management didn't seem to notice this either even though it was right outside the office. Take my advice and stay next door at The Royal. The owner is the sister to the Crown's owner but they actually take care of their guest and keep an eye on things to make sure...

I've stayed at a lot of motels and I have to say that this is by far the worst I've ever stayed due to bed bugs the kitchenette being broke without a refund and having to call the cops to get my money back after finding Giant bed bugs in my room. The sink was clogged the water wasn't hot, and kids ran up and down the hallways like it's a daycare. Out of every Hotel I've been to I will never return to this one and would rather stay under a bridge. You're better off going...
