Waffle House — Restaurant in Carrollton

Absolutely incredibly rude drug heads working here. Heidi and Stacy. Making out in the parking lot. Super handsy. Spazzoid behavior. Shouting and cussing curses out in the air. Violent hand waving pointing. I drove for 12 hours to get to here and wait for someone to meet me. After eating and leaving a decent tip, I went out and sat in the car and thought about going to Walmart or something but that is much further away, and I wanted to be here when my help was needed. The other customer Nick just had two friends die, and another repeat customer with us. After my friends left, I was waiting on the last one to get off work, and had went back out to the car to move it further from the main parking area, and moved it way out to the back parking and parked near a Semi truck that had pulled up while I was inside eating. The guy was taking a nap. I tried to nap for an hour since I had just been sitting there for two hours after such a long day. The truck was pretty loud but this loud a waffle house worker and her girlfriend were both cuddling and smoking in the driver's seat of their car whilst periodically coming over and screaming at me and shouting profanity, about how this wasn't a truck stop and I had no business being there. How dare I. Frantically waving and jerking hands pointing down the road. Heidi was my waitress/server or whatever, and I had left her a tip because she really seemed super flustered about her work load. I mentioned that I had left a tip, because I was wanting to connect with her about what was happening, but she said it wasn't about the tip, and asked me did I even know how dangerous it was for her, and stated that I best get out of the parking lot before she called the police to escort me out. Naturally I administered the b word and left. I had told her inside while eating that Nick and I had just lost two friends, and she said that sucked. Then when outside she was very aware of my many states away license plate and knew I was traveling. So obviously waffle House isn't a safe place for travelers anymore, which is what they mainly bank on and have promoted to me all my life. It's dangerous for the workers and the customers. You've been watching to much lifetime and getting into the virtue taken lifestyle Heidi. And her excuse was that I should have explained myself more than I did, and obviously to convince the world that I'm not a killer every where I go as soon as I get there. Please explain everything to her if you do anything and wait for her explicit approval or explanation of how you should react to each situation you are faced with before doing anything if you meet...

Service was terrible when I was trying to order my food the waitress was VERY rude for no reason. I told her I didn’t want much cheese in my eggs and i don’t know why but it made her mad. I then proceeded to ask a question about the menu and it seem to be the biggest inconvenience of her day. It wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience with this waitress (Nikki). Every other time I’ve been here service was alright (with different waitresses). Will be getting in touch with management too, doubt they will do anything though. After I was done eating I added up the total for what my food should have cost and for some reason she decided to charge me for cheese in my eggs that’s supposed to come in the cheesecake and cheese eggs. 8/25/2024 around 2300. We just got home from ordering several meals from Waffle House. We had 3 separate orders. It took nearly 45 mins to get our food that was cold and prepared poorly. The bacon and the Hasbrouck were burnt and the waffles did not look like Waffle House Signature waffles, they were thin with a weird shape like there was not enough batter to make them. The cook was rude and unprofessional. The cook was handling our food like she was upset about something and the sever had keep telling her what we had ordered. The cook also got things wrong on our order and she missed items in our order and when she was inform of the missing items on our order she became more upset.
