Tennessee Motel — Hotel in Caryville

We went on a hunting trip to the blue royal wma it was our last night we looked up some hotels found the budget host inn. Was cheap so looked at reviews all seemed ok so we thought why not just one night. Check in was good lady at counter was nice did ask for a $10 deposit because we was paying cash. I have worked at hotels so I know the things that can be done to rooms so was fine with the $10. We checked in about 6:30pm.slept good rooms where clean. My boyfriend decided he would let me sleep in the next morning and go hunting one last time before we headed home, there was no do not disturb signs so he just made sure door was locked. At 8am I was awakened by the lady from from desk walking in my room. I gave her a $10 deposit why would I just leave. At 9:30 I went to office to get coffee as they don't have pots in the room. She said they dump it at 9...BUMMER! !! I'm a coffee kinda gal. Well at 10 min till 11 she called my room said check out was in 10 min wanted me to call my boyfriend and make sure he was gonna be there. We have a gat number so couldnt call long distance she opened the line had me call him and took $1 of my $10. She was very rude and when I told her she was she got very out rate, as I said I have worked at hotels from housekeeping , front desk and inspector we have NEVER called our guest and reminded them what time check out is we have adults getting rooms not 2 yr olds. We had planned on staying here every time we came for our hunting trip but women the runs hotel is CRAZY so we will be happy to spend $100 a night to NOT have to be bugged abd bothered during our stay. This place is a JOKE! RIP OFF and then some! They turn the WiFi off during the evening and through the night while everyone is there,but turn it back on during the day when everyone leaves! Black mold all over the ceiling and walls. The lady was very rude and disrespectful when we asked about the WiFi not working. The place is over run with drugs and drug dealers. It is not fit for a dog to stay let alone a human! I plan on contacting the better business bureau on this place. Not to mention,how disgusting and nasty the rooms are! I am allergic to bed bugs and was ate up with them. Dead spiders laying everywhere! The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and the toilet wouldn't flush and when we told them they did nothing! The air conditioner rattled so loud that you couldn't even hear your phone ringing or the TV if you was lucky enough to even get to watch TV. The bed was hard as a rock and bloodstains in the bathroom walls and the ceiling looks as if it is going to cave in any minute! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! 🤢 Update to reply to the owners response to my review: I absolutely regretfully did stay at your bed bug infested rat hole, just because my name was not "registered" doesn't mean I didn't stay there with someone who paid with their card not mine. You can ask Google to spam my review as I'm sure you have all the other bad reviews but you can't ask the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to do that. I am far from prejudice,and think you need to educate yourself on the meaning of that word as you throw it around....

Tennessee Motel was clean, 🕷🐛bug 🐜 free & affordable. What distinguished Tennessee Motel for me was the kindness of the owner & maid. I have sepsis & did then too. Been in the 🏣 hospital ever since I had to leave om the day before I had to & was admitted. This longstanding illness has even affected my finances such to the point I still owe her like $40. I heard some negative things from some people about the hotel. However, my gut tells me that is probably because she was kind to them to & when they didn't want to pay all they owed or own up to their own behaviour, the first day I got there & inquired about getting a room, the 1st thing she said to me was I look like a good person. That speaks volumes about how her property & kindness probably has been taken advantage of & she is still looking for good people. God bless her, and them. She worked with me, checked on me & prayed for me. As well as the maid giving me kind, sage advice & let me cry & vent with my personal life. I still have to go to UT today for another admission but I do intend to pay her what I owe as soon as Social Security releases my money. In the meantime, I want to say thank you, I so appreciate them AND I can recommend Tennessee Motel for people who will appreciate them, good vibes to you all. Thanks...
