If i could give them 100 stars i would! Stayed here one night with my two small children while we spread my pups ashes at our favorite stomping grounds! The front desk staff was INCREDIBLE she was soo sweet we got to talking abd told her where we wete going and she took down all our information and said if we werent back by dark they would come looking! I dont know any other hotel that has that type of courtesy! They treated us like family! The breakfast lady was soo sweet to my toddler and gave us everything we needed for our stay! While we were there we ran out of milk and when i asked if they had any for sale they were soo sweet and gave us what we needed from their fridge! I will definitely be staying here again when we come back! Best place in town! And the fire pit is a nice touch! They supply wood and you can have a little camp fire right by the hotel!

The rooms are veryyy clean! Showers are AMAZING that water pressure is something else! Those employees there deserve a raise! I have never had such amazing customer service but being from the area originally that a huge part of chester! This hotel definitely went...

Very dissatisfied with how this hotel is deceptive with their advertising. Their website shows pictures of a hotel with inside rooms and updated decor. We arrived to a dark, outdated motel with broken equipment all over the place. We reserved 3 rooms for our large family trip with our adult kids and their children. Rooms were not ready, the elevator was out of order with no signs of anyone attempting to fix it, the outdoor hot tub was closed due to broken equipment. Two rooms that were inside the hotel were large and had updated carpeting and furniture. The room my husband and I stayed in was across the parking lot and had doors to the outside. I don’t book hotels with outside access because I just feel safer inside. The room was so dark with minimal lighting. Dark brown colors and ugly moss green curtains. The hotel was undergoing a remodel, which is great but not noted in their website. Having to lug all luggage up the stairs was a pain with small children. The staff were friendly enough but this is not what they advertise on their website. We will not...

I really enjoyed our stay here this summer. I loved the campus layout, especially being able to park directly in from of my room.

The reception staff really made the experience pleasant and memorable. I was helped by both Tracy and Amy. On every occasion they responded quickly and courteously making me feel as if they sincerely appreciated my patronage.

During my stay I accidentally left a book in my room which had sentimental value to me. When speaking with them over the phone I got the sense that they would make every possible effort to find it. I felt they were genuinely concerned for my loss. Having assumed the worst with regards to my book turning up I was amazed when it showed up in my mailbox! :)

This level of service and care really made an impression on me and I will happily stay at the Rose Quartz Inn next...

Quiet, average finishes. Didn't feel clean and the room was extremely dark. The TV was super small and difficult to see from the bed. The chair in the room also was revolting, see photos! It was completely water stained and thoroughly saturated with dirt from years of misuse and never being cleaned. I honestly don't even think Goodwill would accept it. The firepit that they advertise is a 'bring your own wood and light it yourself' kind of deal, and is basically in the parking lot, along with the dumpster. "Breakfast" was 2 nutrigrain bars, an apple juice and a water. I ended up cooking with my camping stove in the parking lot. Go camp somewhere else, this is definitely not worth the money.

The hotel is in an ideal location. There's a gas station next door, plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery store within walking distance, it's got a little outdoor hot tub that was working fine when we were there. Spring for the suite if you want your kids to have their own TV and somewhat separate room (fold out couch). Awesome breakfast that's tended to non stop all morning from 6-9 am (everything is constantly restocked and cleaned by an employee watching over the breakfast area). I preferred the main building as the other building seemed more like a motel than a hotel (cars driving right up to the doors and windows shining their lights in on you and everything on ground floor).

My husband and I believe this is the BEST of all Best Westerns we've ever stayed in!! Really kept clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff! Best breakfast spread of any EVER!! Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Extra space in bathrooms which makes it easy for 2 or more to get ready at one time. We stayed during 4th of July holiday and they even set up awnings with chairs for guests to watch the parade!! It is a pet friendly hotel but you'd never know.... it doesn't smell and you don't hear any dogs while sleeping. Love this place and will be back!
