Bing’s Lake Almanor Bistro — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Chester has a new shining star and worth the stop. Three menus- traditional Chinese, Sushi and American! I tested out the sushi with a gargantuan Spicy Tuna hand roll that hand to be at least 6-8 oz of fish! Their Tonado roll was fresh with a good portion of fish, with just the right amount of rice- and these are shareable!

The inside is very inviting and very clean! Service was friendly and answered the many questions with such an extensive menu. The hot tea was served in a cast iron tea pot guaranteed to keep your water hot!

We will be back to experience more from this local...

I was surprised to see sushi on the menu so far from home, and just HAD to try it. The fish was ok, but the shrimp was a little dry. There a couple appropriate beers available as well. I had a side salad before my sushi and enjoyed it. The service was fun, personable, and prompt, everything you want it to be.

Next time I will try some more mainstream dishes, and I fully expect to enjoy...

Bings is a relatively new restaurant in Chester, occupying the old Sports Locker building. Have visited for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A great addition for eating places in Chester.
