We stopped in for dinner and a decent sleep about 5 pm last night. Menu is limited, hamburgers it is. Didn't taste very good. About halfway through we were done. By 2am we were both up with the hamburger and everything else in our bodies demanding evacuation. While inside this morning grabbing pepto and Gatorade i hear the kitchen staff loudly tell management all ground chuck is out of date and turning. Put it on special today. Im in awe...no wonder i cant keep even water down. Then to top it off only chocolate ice crean today because that is also out of date and needs to be used up. I have to leave because I'm struggling to keep myself from making a mess of bodily fluids right there.
I find my way back to the bathroom. In between becoming ill over and over again i reach out to the manager Mike who tells me its not true as their ice cream machine is down. I explain i just saw it with my own eyes so he needed to go check. He said he would as he hung up....never acknowledging he has customers sick from serving bad...
Read moreWhy I gave this Little America 3 stars this one on Lincolnway is the first time we stopped here. The difference to the other one also in Cheyenne is you can see this one clearly from the highway from both sides. This Little America is blocked by trees hard to see it or else you would pass by it the exit is 358. I noticed also theres limited truck parking, it dosent have the restaurant in side like the other one in Cheyenne just the store part and the showers and rest room. The hotel sets in the back. I didnt go in this one I like the ice cream which you can get here and you get icecream from the other one in Cheyenne. Oh internet now I had good reception with this one on Lincolnway didnt have problem with that. The other Cheyenne Little America theres roaming on your phone why I dont like stopping at that one because you can only get emergency calls only still a good in a way if something should happen. Now by far my favorite out of all the Little Americas is the one in...
Read moreWon't be fueling for my business here again. The two store clerks that were on duty at 19:00 on 1-28-22 were incorrectly charging different pumps, trying to swipe other rewards cards that they produced when they could see mine held up and ready to use, and got mad at me when I told them to fix the busines name on my receipt. I had asked him twice before I started fueling to type in the full business name, but they're too lazy to be bothered to type in more than 4 letters. The receipts need the full business name for tax purposes. Don't get mad at the person paying when you intentionally ignored a request that was reminded multiple times. That's not a mistake, that's done on purpose. I'll take my money elsewhere, where the store clerks don't have the audacity to scream at their customers when they're the ones messing up when there's hundreds of dollars being spent on those...
